I'm so glad she did because we had an amazing experience from start to finish. We came with all 3 of our kids (7, 4, 23 months) on a Saturday morning without an appointment. Despite being busy, we were able to get in quite quickly which is great considering we had a busy morning. Each of our boys had a different stylist and each one of them had a great time. They were super engaging for the kids and let them drive the conversation which I really appreciated. They were laughing and smiling the whole time. We've previously took our older kids to Supercuts and while they get fine cuts there, the service they got here was infinitely better. Our youngest did great. While some of that is his demeanor, a lot of it has to do with the stylist who worked slowly and carefully as to not scare him and keep him distracted so that she could cut without issue. The fire truck seat with a bell he could pull didn't hurt either. He truly had a blast. And afterwards, we got a complementary picture of his first cut and a small lock of hair. Before we knew it, the kids were all done, given a balloon of their choice, and a treat of their choice (some went with cookies, other doughnut holes). We got 3 kids haircuts in under an hour. In all, the whole experience was great. From the playful interior to all of the play areas (they have both free arcade games and a big playhouse and TVs for all ages of kids...and adults) to all the Wizard of Oz nick knacks that line the interior, it's just a fun, relaxing place that is warm and inviting for kids. We absolutely will be coming back for all our kids' haircuts from here on out.

I took my daughter in with below shoulder length hair, asked for a shoulder length trim with long layers and Beatriz ended up cutting my daughters hair into some sort of short wolf cut style almost to her ears, and thinning out her 75% of her hair.
