Lenny first came to change the locks on my dad's co-op after my father passed away and we were preparing to sell the unit. I explained to him that we had an unstable family member who used to stay with my dad and might try to break in. Lenny not only added an extra security lock, but also advised me to leave a note in the window so other locksmiths would think twice if that family member attempted to gain access with their help. Sure enough, that family member did try to break in and change the locks -- but thankfully, they had called Lenny. He immediately recognized the co-op, remembered working with me, and gave me a heads-up. Once he realized what was going on, he refused to do the job. I really respected his integrity. Later, once the family member was evicted, Lenny was incredibly supportive and flexible as I navigated the next steps. He understood I wouldn't have much notice and worked with me to re-secure the co-op as soon as possible. Throughout a very difficult and emotionally charged time, Lenny was professional, kind, and dependable. I'm truly grateful for his support, and he'll continue to be my go-to locksmith.

I had been putting this installation off for a while.
