Robbie and Gene were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me an incredible deal on rear speakers and a subwoofer for my VW Beetle! What made the experience even more pleasurable, is the fact that Sound Trax had me come, the previous day, to do the same job for way more money, but then gave me some story about how much time it would take to access the rear speakers! Gene and Robbie did the same exact job in record time, in less than three hours, they pulled out the rear seat, installed kicker speakers, a Mephis Subwoofer, with onboard amplifier, for hundreds of dollars less than Sound Trax quoted! Never again, will I waste my hard earned money at Sound Trax, when Jazz Audio is just blocks away from it... They truly know how to treat their customers at Jazz Audio! ! I am truly glad I didn't allow some of the negative reviews sway my decision, because they truly know how to appreciate their customers! Thanks guys, I look forward to doing business again... This is the only audio shop I'd take my classic import…read more This round I picked up a new head unit. We talked about option and I picked out the unit that fit my budget. There wasn't any pressure to upgrade and the install was super clean. My car is old and had a bunch of shotty wiring from the previous owner which they removed and got all the speakers working properly. They installed a street glow neon kit and tuck away the switch nicely. I even brought them a Japanese ez pass to install with no issues. They didn't know what they were installing but they did it!! They absolutely stand behind their work. I had wiring and headlight issue in my last car. While I wanted LEDs but didnt want to buy a retrofit and spend thousands, so they installed the more problematic HIDs at my request. Every time I had an issue with the headlight I would contact them and they would get me right in to fix the issue for free on the work they did even though there are known issues with the product and not the install. You can either go here and get quality work done that they stand behind or you can go to the guy who does it for less and jacks up your car. I've been to the shop that does it for less and they damaged parts that aren't in production and couldn't be found new. Quality work and friendly staff!

SECOND: I left a $500 cash deposit back in the fall. I was out of the state and had to sell the car due to family emergencies. There was absolutely no compensation for my $500 cash deposit. In fact they even Returned the parts that were already paid for with no refund. Shout out to the crooks on sunrise high way I would recommend Best Buy, or Walmart for audio parts Don't waste your time getting taken advantage of!
