The person with Andrade Towing was rude, dismissive, said he was cold, (which made no sense given that I was stranded and waiting), and then hung up on me instead of providing an update. At that point, I contacted my insurance co to report the interaction and requested the tow be canceled (now going on nearly 2 hours of waiting) and reassigned to a more deserving company. Being stranded in the cold and treated disrespectfully when asking for basic information is not okay. I would not recommend this company. I understand the nature of the business requires them to prioritize police towing, BUT I feel the simple courtesy of a phone call to inform me of the delay would have been the minimal possible courtesy a business could extend. I'm gravely disappointed because Lynch's has a great reputation and was my closest possible vendor for automotive towing. I cannot, however, recommend them after wasting a crucial half hour of my day by failing to notify me, I regard this as CRIMINALLY unprofessional.
