If you're looking for a professional shop that cares for their customers and respects your vehicle. This is NOT the shop for you. On April 29th, 2026 I dropped off my vehicle BMW ,X5 at Centerville auto body. For accident that I was not at fault for. Damages from that accident was on the left side of the vehicle. What really shocked me about this auto body shop is that it's a progressive shop. Meaning, it's run by progressive and inside deals are done here. On the very first day, one of their scumbag employees got in my vehicle and called it a P.O.S.(piece of shi*). Cause there was almonds and seeds in my car. He also threatened me that he's gonna put my car in the dirt because it's a P.O.S. car. The dirt part of the parking lot, which he did. He also realized he's being recorded and said," he didn't care if he called me a P.O.S". My 9 year old nephew dropped some almonds and seeds in the car. He's an innocent child. I didn't realize children had to be perfect. On May 18th I received a phone call from Centerville receptionist kendra(zero customer service skills/extremely unprofessional) my tire was damaged/ undrivable from where and tear that I must have done. And I had to pay if I wanted it repaired. The tire that was damaged was on the right side. Kendra explained to me that I did not have to come into the office, she would send me a picture. It wasn't until I told her that I have the right to see my vehicle. And I was coming in regardless, what she said. I explained that Centerville had my vehicle for the last 3 weeks and I did not give them my vehicle in that condition. And it was drivable when I dropped it off. And they are responsible for fixing my tire. After viewing my vehicle and seeing the damages, the side wall of my right tire, it's completely scuffed, like it would rubbed against something with a chalk outline, leading to the 4 and 1/2 inch tear. Mauriel Fernandez laughed in my face as I told him how upset I was about what happened to my vehicle. Mauriel fernandez told me nothing would be done. The worst offender was Josh he is the supervisor of progressive auto body shop. He oversaw what happened and decided that it was not, their fault. Even though I have it on camera. Josh he did not even reprimand his staff for the way that they treated me. This was a complete nightmare going through this entire process from management to the lowest person there the receptionist. Kendra(receptionist), Mauriel fernandez(appraisal for progressive), hailey Reid(Rep. For progressive), Josh (supervisor for progressive) After explaining my story to all of these recipients, nothing was done. The only thing they cared about was making sure that they could fix the vehicle at the lowest cost. Even though I explained to them, I did not want my vehicle fixed there because they're not SAFE and the lies. But the most important thing I have everything on camera, and they're aware of it. But also making sure I didn't get my tire fixed. My car was to be transported to ideal collision center on May 18th, 2026. My car was not moved that day. Instead, centerville, auto body decided to stall as long as they could to fix the repairs that they could and then transport my vehicle with my tire still unrepaired letting me know that I am responsible for it. My car was transported on May 21st to Ideal Collision Center after I went to the police and my vehicles was illegally being held. No one wanted to take responsibility for what was going on with my tire the my damaged to my car. The only thing that saved me throughout this whole entire process is that I have hidden cameras in my car. I have started a civil suit against Centerville auto body. You can lie to me if you'd like, but I'd love to see them. Tell a judge that that's not them in the camera. They should be getting served any day now. Centerville auto body/progressive auto body shop. Are immoral low class people. They have zero class, zero character, and won't take accountability for their actions. Doing business with Centerville auto body/ progressive is the same thing as selling your soul to the devil. Also, remember, children that are innocent. They'll call them P.O.S if they spill something in your car. Always remember to CHOOSE YOUR OWN shop. NEVER allow progressive to choose a auto body shop for you. I give this auto body shop rating one star even though it doesn't deserve any stars in my opinion because the owner of Centerville Auto Body Mike was a pompous jerk to me. I called him for a price to rebuild a steering column for a 85 Chevrolet Caprice Classic he told me he do it for $120 so I drove to the establishment so he can look at the column and possibly have him do the job. So he was looking at my damaged steering column and my replacement steering column that needed a little work the pieces of the column had to be put back together and asked him to change the turn signal lever on the replacement column he totally did a 180 on me he raised the price from $120 to $200 to put in my replacement steering column and the lever. I said to him I only have $150 that's all I have he took my replacement turn signal lever and threw it on the floor of the passenger side of my car and he said "come back when you have $200"!!! That got me real upset when he threw my lever on the floor and said that to me what an asshole!!! I took my car somewhere else to get the steering column fix and the guy who did it for me did a good job and kept the price at $150 nothing more unlike Mike from Centerville Auto Body so that place doesn't deserve any stars period!!!!!!! read more

Wanted to share my experience with Centerville Auto Body. Crashed my car and I already had a bad experience with another body shop with same car. The color on my car is very deep and metallic. I dropped my car off on a Monday and they had my estimate finished before noon the next day. They had a awesome app that told me the progress of the repair. Received text messages almost every day stating the progress of repair. My car was done 3 days ahead of the original date they told me. When I picked it up it was shining just like when I took delivery of it new. Talked with the owner and his son after and are both great guys. I had a great experience here with my car. I had a real hard time with my dealership covering some rust under warranty. They made me go to their body shop who did a terrible job and did not fix the problem at all. I brought my car to Centerville afterwards and they were able to fix the rust and also fix the bad work that the dealership did to it. It came out better than new and they gave me a written guarantee. They kept me updated on my car's repair status the whole time it was there and they actually completed the repairs ahead of schedule. In all my experience with body shops I've never had something done ahead of schedule. These guys are the best shop in town! read more

I've had bad experiences with car repairs before that took forever, but Centerville actually fixed the car ahead of schedule so I didnt run out of rental coverage. They repaired it for me through my insurance company but they even fixed some damage for me that wasn't from the accident and they didn't charge me a thing for it.
