Then we called a few dealerships, and while we knew they'd do decent work, the pressure to commit immediately left a bad taste in our mouths. We searched collision repair shops and found Golden Touch Collision Center, run by Mr. Sayed. From the very first call, it was clear this wasn't just another shop. It was a family-owned business that truly cares. The reviews spoke for themselves, and after our experience, I can confidently say they live up to every bit of the praise. What stood out most was the personalized service. Mr. Sayed treated us like family, not just another claim number. The work was dealer-quality, but with the warmth and attention you only get from a local business. A small item was accidentally overlooked (something any other shop might have dismissed), Mr Sayed went above and beyond to make it right--no excuses, just outstanding customer care. Even dealing with the rental car company was stress-free because he stepped in to help communicate and ensure we had transportation the entire time. That level of dedication is rare. If you're looking for honest, high-quality repairs with a personal touch, Golden Touch is the only place you should go! We'll never use anyone else. Mr. Sayed and his team have earned our trust for life and we highly, HIGHLY recommend them!

(I asked: 1950's I believe) Based on the 5 star reviews I chose to take my Tahoe there after I had been hit on the freeway and had all of my driver's side panels affected. My hood needed repainting so after talking to Vince I decided to have that fixed as well. I spoke with the other driver's insurance, since the accident was not my fault, and secured a rental. After that Vince handled everything: dealing with the insurance company for the damage costs to having Enterprise pick up the vehicle when I came to pick up my Tahoe when the work was complete. As you can see from my photo the paint and damage repairs look great!! They even got out several dings in my hood as well as repaired a gouge in my bumper that I had not even asked to be looked at. It also looks like they shined my rims up as well. I have always taken great care of my Tahoe and to see her restored to looking like new made me an incredibly happy customer. I highly recommend Spring Body Shop!

The other was another local independent body shop. The dealership estimate turned out to be 2 1/2 times more expensive as the Spring Body Shop quote. The independent body shop just looked at the exterior damage and said they couldn't give me a a more accurate estimate until they got it up on a lift to look at it in detail. Based on a recommendation from the place I have the car serviced, I took it to Spring Body Shop. I asked Vince if he could give me an accurate estimate a that time. I told him it was not an insurance claim, and I would pay cash. He took the car to the shop, and they put it up onto a lift. He came back with the estimate and removed as much of the damaged skid plate as possible so I could continue to use the car. Once the necessary parts came in, I took the car back and waited while they installed the new skid plates. The second time included repairing a damaged skid plate. I know, I need to be more careful when parking forward against a curb. Vince said they could just repair the skid plate without having to replace it. I was there a total of about 1 1/2 hours. I highly recommend Spring Body Shop

My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care. And to top it off, Grayson even identified the likely cause of my heat issue that the dealership wanted to fix the expensive way. All through a quick conversation and review of my car's issues. I'll be bringing my car back to fix that in a few weeks. Kenneth's Car Care has earned all my future business for brakes, heat, oil changes, and more. Don't waste your time and money at the dealership or another repair shop. Come here first. You will be glad you did.

Other than that they totally failed. The day the car was towed in I met with a service tec who told me they would start tearing down the truck the next day to do an estimate. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I called. I was told my service tech no longer worked there. I told the lady on the phone, "that's your problem not mine." So then I got a new service tech who repeatedly mislead me, missed deadlines, never retuned calls. What's more, I told him I had an aftermarket grill panel and was told that State Farm would only pay for Ford stock items. So I told him, I had the original chrome Ford grill out in my garage and they could use that one and I dropped it off. He asked if they should compare my old grill to the one they were ordering from a used parts house and I said NO. When I came to finally pick up my truck they had used the new used grill anyway. The cost was only $288, and since I had waited 6 weeks for my truck I just decided to take it anyway. Then a few days later I get a final estimate from State Farm and that $288 grill now cost $950!!!!!! Are you kidding me? It's plastic and I plan to remove it anyway and replace with the aftermarket grill. So State Farm is the one being ripped off. Maybe I should just let it go but it galls me that they would rip everyone off at the last minute. My final bill went up $2000! That is just criminal. I have no idea if a guy named Kenneth still owns the place but if he does, he must own a mansion and have membership at Kingwood Country Club with all the scammed money he has made. 1 star is the lowest and that is what Kenneth's gets. Caveat Emptor, Buyer Beware!

I slowed my speed until the next exit and got off the highway, not having a clue where I would go for an assessment of the damage. A corner gas station referred me to the Caliber Collision location on Aldine Westfield. I had no idea how extensive the damage was nor if I would be able to drive the 40 miles back home. It was a bit stressful. Kyle Raines, Center Manager of that location, greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. And then he took one look at my car and knew what I needed. He gave me 2 options: the quick, easy and temporary but sufficient one or a full replacement of the panel which had come loose. Due for service with my dealer, I opted for quick and easy, and it was just that. Kyle asked for my keys and said he'd be back in about 5 minutes. I could have set a timer, it was that quick. He removed the old panel and discarded it and I was on my way within minutes. I could not be more pleased with the service I received, the kindness he showed and the lack of hassle about the repair itself. I only wish this branch of Caliber Collision was near to my house. They, and Kyle, would be my "go too" auto repair shop. Thanks for helping me turn a pretty frightful situation into a blessing with high praise for you!
