So . . . in this case the reviews were actually correct. The quality of work is beyond excellent. My grandsons "new 2025" Dodge RAM looks better than when it drove off the showroom floor in 2008. Ceramic coating will be required to keep it so in the hot Houston weather - but this 5 coat paint job is worth it. They replaced the door and both passenger side body panels and under-panels with new ones and also removed ALL the small dings and imperfections from all the truck's remaining body panels roof and hood. The replacement passenger side door's power window and mirror controls work as new. The front bumper, bumper plastic trim inserts and grill were also replaced. In addition, they repainted all the vehicle's plastic parts - outside mirrors, door and tailgate handles plus both bumpers plastic inserts so the finished product looked ALL new - not like an old truck with a new paint job. I'll admit that I was frustrated with the time it took them to completed the job - 2 weeks longer than the estimate. But, the results are fantastic! They even replaced his original head and tail-lights with his AlphaRex Nova's at no charge. I am encouraged that actual skilled craftsmen STILL exist that give you your money's worth. The entire process went so smoothly. There was fluid communication from the first interaction. I had recently had a scratch on my rear bumper and panel on my recently purchased 4runner. It was a Friday, I actually pulled up YELP and looked for recommendations. While doing research based on YELP reviews I came across Javier's Auto Body. A few things stuck out from the get go. 1) He had reviews, and I quick realized that they kept saying the same thing, Javier was very quick to respond and helpful. 2) When I did send a message, he gave me a call, an awesome quote and was very respectful. 3) He literally blew other body shops prices out of the water. I had two quotes elsewhere....But Javier, was quick to respond and gave me some great reassurance. I dropped the 4runner off on that Sunday, as I did this, Javier waited past business hours to introduce himself, give me the run down of all that he had to do and the time. That week, Javier stay in consistent communication, sending me video and image updates of the process. He also stayed true to his deadline(which wasn't a big deal because I wanted quality of time). But, his quality and time was very great. When receiving the 4Runner back, I inspected it all the way through, Javier's Auto Body did a FANTASTIC job at fixing my scratch and dent. I searched all over the internet sending pictures in to tons of body shops and then I came across Javiers Auto Body on Yelp, he had the best prices by far than any other shop I found. I took my car there and after he got a chance to fully inspect my car he noticed there was some more damage that he could not see from the inital pictures that I sent in. However, he took pictures of the additional damage and explained to me thorughly what extra work would need to be done. He was very clear ,concise and honest about everything.
