I started crying and there were other customers there that witnessed this. She will tell you to call back in two weeks and we'll get your animal in. Not True!! They will tell you what time to pick them up after surgery and they won't be ready for pickup. Ask the lady from Gaylord that drove all the way there only to find out that she couldn't pick up her car at the time they told her. She said that she drove all the way from Gaylord and this was the second time that this has happened and will be the last! I waited 1 1/2 hrs for my scheduled appointment with 2 babies and mama and was never seen. Please check out their Facebook page. Please take your animals somewhere else. I have adopted two dogs from here and also became a volunteer. I am forever amazed at how much care…read moreeach animal gets. Every kennel is cleaned in the morning, each dog gets a walk or outside time. On top of that volunteers are in every afternoon to interact and play with as many animals as possible. Weekly visits are made by the vets. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I'm so lucky for all the care they gave my girls and how lucky I am to add two amazing dogs to my family.
