I have been a customer of Community Check Cashing for approximately 12 years. I have had no…read moreproblems over the years and was up to this point pleased with their service. Unfortunately, I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with a cashier named Mary Ann in the Brick, NJ store. When I approached the window, she did not acknowledge or greet me. When she finally acknowledged me, as a customer, she was very discourteous and rude to me. She also questioned me vigorously about a check that in the past I had no problems with other representatives cashing over the years. I can understand not being comfortable with cashing a check. However, her hostility and unpleasant behavior was so offensive to me that I left very disappointed with the experience. As a long time customer, I should be given the same proper respect and customer service as everyone else. I would strongly recommend taking your business to a more customer oriented place.

I counted my money three times before going in there. I gave her $310 expecting $9 back in change. She said I only gave her $300, which was a lie.
