I would put zero stars if I could. I went in to fax a time sensitive document. The woman who was…read moresupposed to be at the counter was in the back on the phone and it took her several minutes to come out. When she finally did, I gave her my document and the fax number. After several more minutes of waiting, she came back and said the fax number was inoperable. I asked she try it again. Still no go. After a few frantic calls, I gave her another fax number. And THAT one was no good. I became skeptical since these are fax machines at my job. I left and went somewhere else and the fax went thru on the first attempt to the original number. I can't imagine trusting this location with money or a payroll check since this irresponsible woman couldn't work a simple fax machine!!

My husband was sitting in there he heard the way he was talking to me and I was upset about it, I sat there and I cried not because I was upset because I didn't get it. It's because the man pissed me off. He talked down to me. He talked down to my husband. He told me that I needed to get money from them. OK it was a payday loan, I think that should not go to his business because he treats people like garbage think about it. You don't wanna be treated like garbage in front of somebody and you don't wanna be treated like garbage when you give them your business.
