We browsed for nearly 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us (not even a welcome when we walked in), which was a little disappointing. As newer collectors, a simple greeting or a bit of guidance would have really helped, especially in a shop with so many boxes of cards to go through. That said, there are a lot of positives. The store is clean, well organized, and offers an impressive selection across sports, Pokémon, and several other categories. Their prices were very fair (definitely more reasonable than some other shops we've visited) which we really appreciated. While the lack of customer engagement made the visit feel a bit underwhelming, the quality of the shop itself is strong enough that I can see myself returning. I'm hopeful that next time we're greeted a bit more warmly, because this place truly has great potential.

I recently spent big on a $250+ box of Topps Finest and hit some absolute monsters, Including a /99 Corbin Carroll refractor auto! My boyfriend and I found this nice little shop when we were in the area and wanted to see what kind of RC Cars this place had. The guy working there Brian was such a great guy to talk to. They talked about the different types of RC cars there was. There are drift cars, monster trucks, buggies, crawlers... the list goes on. We were in there for maybe an hour or so just talking. Brian was such a gem, that 5 years later we go back and have built a wonderful friendship with him, he had become our older brother. Brian is that type of person who will not just sell you an RC car, but he will sell you one that suits you. If you had a car in mind and he does not have it in stock, he is willing to order it and he will make sure he orders you the best one. Brian also fixes RC cars if something is broken or if you have no idea why it isn't working. He will give you a quote before actually fixing it and if the price is good with you, he will start the fixing processes. He is not the type of sell you useless cars, he tries his best to order the best. He does sell more then just RC cars. Just go check him out and see what he has to offer. He also has model cars that you can build. He has a few trains and tracks. He has a lot of paints for the models and other things. Brian is great.

I have a had a car loan with this establishment for years. The parameters of payment ( ie: you can…read morepay this via atm card at Travis...NOT, one has to drive to a redwood atm to pay. Pray is is an atm that will take cash if need be ( yes, they disclosed AFTER the fact that American Canyon Is cashless). The atm card they provided has not worked since day 1. The only effective way to pay this loan is to drive 20 minutes. The reps on the phone ,John W, Gina and Leslie all seem to want the customer to jump for them instead of the way it should be. I have paid 28k to this establishment and they via phone seem to have entitlement issues and take objection to being called a "clown show".( which is kind considering the nonsense that they have put us through) Really, if you need a car loan go elsewhere, I have memberships at Patelco and Travis. Go to them instead. Save yourself the pain. I really would give negative stars if I could.
