This is specifically for the drive thru ATM experience only. This location is pretty close to…read morehome, so it was definitely convenient in distance. The ATM drive thru is located in the back of the building, behind the drive thru teller area. It only has one lane (and one ATM drive thru machine) so keep that in mind when someone drives up behind you to use it. The location is fairly lit when dark sets in. The big plus for me is that I can use this drive thru to deposit checks, cash, and even withdraw as this credit union is a co-op of my credit union, which is out of state! In the world of Utah drive thru's, this is definitely a must in my book. I don't really enjoy having to walk into a grocery store, just to use an ATM machine to do my banking. If one can go thru a drive thru for food, why not do drive thru for your banking needs?

The person who prepped our return missed clicking a single checkbox, which led to an important form not being filed. This created problems not only with our return, but with the stimulus payments later in the year. The owner was able to quickly assess what went wrong, which was great. Everything that followed was less great. Due to the pandemic, we were unable to get anyone on the phone at the IRS to help answer a simple question to help us determine how to handle the issue. The owner was resistant to contacting the IRS for us to get the question answered (for a month) until I brought up the fact that dealing with mistakes on the returns is an advertised service and we were only having issues because his employee screwed up. After that email I had an answer in an hour and a half. I was disappointed, because the owner is generally a nice guy, and I shouldn't have had to throw the service guarantee in his face to get the help I needed. We've switched to using a tax service that has dedicated staff rather than new people every tax season, so we have well educated and experienced people to work with rather than someone who got a crash course in taxes two months ago. These businesses serve a purpose, there's simply a lot of room for error if you don't have a simple return, and having experienced staff is better for that.

I read the contract about payments, dates, interest, etc. However, when I called about the discrepancy, they claimed I was in a debt status because a check had been returned. I checked my bank account and no such thing had happened, yet it was enough for them to break arrangement and take the money early despite me consistently calling in to make sure everything was going well. I am angry and frustrated. The lady I spoke with on the phone made no attempt to fix the situation or to validate my frustration on how my bank records didn't match her status, but had an, "oh well" attitude. Never go here if you want honest, thorough and proactive customer service.
