They should've contacted me to let me know they didn't have a cake decorator anymore and they failed to do so. They had all of my cupcakes baked, but they were not decorated and they forgot about me and they ruined my daughter's party. They banned me from Kroger because they made a mistake. It's the bank policies and bank machine I found completely frustrating. First, the bank machine was out of order the two times I needed to use it, which were random times. When the machine did work, it did not allow me to withdrawal anything but multiples of 20. I don't like a machine to tell me what I can have - if I need 50, I don't want 60. !!! Second, the on-line website required specific numbers/letters/symbols for a passcode like every other secure site, except theirs was such an obscure sequence that I never could remember my password and UN-like other sites, none of my computers or devices would remember my passwords despite me ticking the box "remember me" and so every time I needed the bank I had to reset my password. Third, the branches were not prevalent. So I could not find one to use it. The branch in downtown Ferndale, has only street parking which is always full. Not again with Huntington Bank.

This grocery store is packed with fresh fruit and vegetables on the far left to dairy and juices on the far right. They offer a full butcher service in the back of the store plus packaged meats. They also have a hot and cold deli service on the right. The store is always clean and aisles are box free for easy accessibility. At the entrance, there are both cashier- manned and self-checkout lines. Customer service is available for bill payments too. This area also includes a shadow location as the Lincoln Rx Pharmacy. Note: Their lottery area is a cash only purchase and they close at 8pm daily and 7pm on Sunday.

What little staff that I do see, seem overworked, but they're still friendly. When I first came in I immediately noticed a lack of cashiers and extremely long lines. A distinct problem in metro Detroit, even before pandemic. While it's incredibly frustrating for a guy like me, I'm giving Kroger a pass on this, my inaugural visit, due to the Covid situation and the "unemployment-paying-better-than-cashiering-so-we-can't-hire-enough-help" theory. After the 30-minute wait I was informed since the first it was the first time there that I had to exchange cash for cash. Luckily there was a Chase Bank next door and I was able to get cash quickly but otherwise this would have been a greater hassle. I frequent this location quite often as its the closest CU atm for me to go. Lets see where to begin... I love that they don't close till after 7pm M- F and I love that that are open till 2pm on Saturdays. I love that even when they are busy busy on the 1st of the month and on Fridays, they still have 3-4 competent and friendly tellers. There are some things I don't like... but I tend to forget this is a Service Center and not a Regular Credit Union. Oh what else... hmm well I like that the ATM is located indoors and you can Lock the door to feel safer. However I loathe when smokers go inside the ATM area. Because there's no way to avoid the lingering odor. I wish CUFSC would run a fan in there in summer to suck out the heat and circulate the air.
