I have an office nearby and have been to this location multiple times. I was personally disgusted by the way customers walked in and literally barked orders at the ladies. "Western union this, money order that.... etc." They tried and were very professional with their conversations. During this whole Covid lockdown, everyone needs to understand that things will take time. I felt bad for the ladies working to have to put up with this nonsense. I was coming to cash my first check when I turned 16 years old I was working at a summer day camp job with kids. They wanted to call and confirm the check they wanted my ID. They told me to go back get my ID. I went back home 3 miles away and then she told me I needed my Social Security card and some other paperwork when I asked her all the stuff that I would need. And then my mom tried cashing a Amazon check. They gave her attitude and they did not want to do it so we just took that to another bank and they told me they cannot cash my $700 check but luckily it was made out to Chase anyway so I just took it down the street to Chase and a cashed it for free with no problems. Either get better workers, but I will be calling up there tomorrow I do not recommend going here if you want your day to be ruined and it's always the two single girls up in there with they're nasty attitude that they could've left at home you bitches got the right one
