He was mumbling the entire time, and I genuinely couldn't hear what he was saying. The way the asks office is working now was a bit confusing to me. When the appointment system says that appointments open at 6:30 am daily, I think that means you can't make an appointment before 6:30 am on the day you want to go. That has its ups and downs--not having to wait weeks to get an appointment being one of them, but it's annoying to have to wake up so early just to do it. I know their system if having various stations must work for them since they've done it this way since time began but it's super annoying as a user if the DMV to have to stop here, then go there, then sit over here and wait to be called by those people, etc. Having said that, I was in and out of here within probably 30 minutes or fewer, which was nice. The folks were not overly friendly, but they got the job done. This location is in what is or was a shopping center, so parking is plentiful.

(I asked the staff who took care of my driver's license documentation at the end of our visit). Parking is plentiful as it is in a plaza. Prior to going, ensure you make a day-of appointment. Appointments open at 6:30am on the DMV website online. You can have the website pull up nearest DMVs based on your town or zipcode. They will check to see if you have an appointment at the door, so make sure to have your mobile appointment confirmation on hand (they should send you a text). I applied for a Real ID, and the first station was to ensure I had all the appropriate documentation. There's a comprehensive checklist online, but I personall brought: my out of state driver's ID, passport, social security card, and two utility bills (postmarked within the last few weeks). Again, they accept other documentation, but please check the detailed list online (divided into four categories). The attendant very kindly allowed my spouse and I to share a bill that had both our names. Afterwards, I took the picture for my ID and was sent to wait for my number to be called. In less than 5 minutes, I was directed to a counter to take my vision screening and have my documents inputted into the system. The process was straightforward and relatively painless. The last step was the cashier to get my temporary ID after payment. We paid cash to avoid a credit card fee, but they take most major credit card companies. The total time was around 30 minutes max. Everyone was really kind and knowledgable. (I was a bit scared off and anxious based on online reviews, but my experience seemed standard for everyone there: a relatively logical process).
