Hard to understand the service at this branch. I pulled up to their drive through window almost an…read morehour after they opened. Nobody came to the window to help. After a few minutes I pressed their call button multiple times. After probably almost 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to call the branch by phone to get someone's attention. But, nobody answered. I finally gave up a drove to a different branch.

This is a horrible financial institution to do business with. We had our travel trailer loan…read morethrough them and they didn't send a payment book on the loan until AFTER the first payment was due. Once we recieved the payment book each of the payments were sent on time religiously. We then traded our trailer in for a larger one. Once again the loan went through BMO, and once again the calls demanding payment came before the payment book did. To make matters worse, they never cashed the dealers payoff check, so it showed up as me having two loans at the same time. Once I contacted the dealership, the git the bank to correct the loans to show the current and correct loan. The call center representitive who handles the payment collection, continuously spoke over me and her attitude was rude to say the least. She continued to press me for a payment over the phone, which I explained would be made as soon as they sent me the statement and payment book. I will be refinancing this loan with another bank as soon as I can, and I highly suggest that any dealership extending you financing through BMO be told to use ANY other bank. They are inept, and they will harass you daily. You're better off with a loan through the mob.

I tried closing an account here to no avail since the computer networks were down...that was one year ago! Mary, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind. She truly listened to our needs and was able to tailor our experience and the type of account we needed. Setting up the account was a breeze , and as a bonus she showed us to how to operate certain functions on the atm and got us comfortable with the layout! It was just nice touch, and we appreciated her taking the time to do so. I also want to quickly comment on how friendly the woman in the lobby was too. The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and welcomed to pnc. She genuinely seemed happy and appreciated us choosing this particular branch. A nice touch and genuine interaction. Little things like this make me happy to bank there! All of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly. My water heater went out and it was going to be three to four days for them to get a plumber. Plumber came earlier but had to work directly with plumber. The first technician said nothing they could do to get plumbers to come earlier but called again and was told by another technician I could call plumber directly. I had to wait nearly two weeks to get any approval on replacement of water heater. Finally heard back from their consumer affairs concierge department after elevating. I was approved but going on over a month since this all began and still waiting on check reimbursement for the coverage amount. I was also told by their sales as I considered canceling that they are teaming up with AIG and working towards improving claim process by training their claims team technicians and contracted service providers. Hopefully things will improve before I make my renewal decision later this year for a third year of coverage. I have used a few times that was simple visits that I am sure did not cost anything above my fixed fee and the only other time I felt service was good was when they quickly approved fixing my garage door opener. This favorable end to my first year of service that was paid by sellers when I bought the house led to my choice to renew home warranty. This second year has started a bit rough.

My dishwasher failed and required full replacement…read more HWA offered a $272 cash buyout -- far below the $879+ market cost of a comparable replacement, not including installation, haul-away, or code compliance costs explicitly covered under the Diamond Plan. When I submitted a formal written quote and cited specific Diamond Plan contract language requiring a comparable replacement, HWA refused to revise their offer. I have filed a formal complaint with the Illinois Department of Insurance and submitted supporting documentation. This matter remains unresolved. I am pursuing this on principle -- this lowball buyout tactic likely affects many HWA customers who don't know their rights. Research carefully before purchasing a home warranty from this company.
