'Maria' was very helpful on the phone and I was able to go prepared. Once at the currency exchange, Maria waited on me knowledgeably and efficiently, making the transaction easy for me. I left with copies of all paperwork and an understanding of what to expect timeline-wise. Maria was so polite, kind to customers and knows her job well. Very smooth transaction. This is a horrible financial institution to do business with. We had our travel trailer loan…read morethrough them and they didn't send a payment book on the loan until AFTER the first payment was due. Once we recieved the payment book each of the payments were sent on time religiously. We then traded our trailer in for a larger one. Once again the loan went through BMO, and once again the calls demanding payment came before the payment book did. To make matters worse, they never cashed the dealers payoff check, so it showed up as me having two loans at the same time. Once I contacted the dealership, the git the bank to correct the loans to show the current and correct loan. The call center representitive who handles the payment collection, continuously spoke over me and her attitude was rude to say the least. She continued to press me for a payment over the phone, which I explained would be made as soon as they sent me the statement and payment book. I will be refinancing this loan with another bank as soon as I can, and I highly suggest that any dealership extending you financing through BMO be told to use ANY other bank. They are inept, and they will harass you daily. You're better off with a loan through the mob.

I have spent many days trying to retrieve my online banking. I've been locked out and no way to do…read morethis online. Called customer service, first person could barely speak English. This is the only language I know. I couldn't verify my info because I couldn't understand what this person was trying to say. I repeatedly asked her to repeat or spell what she was asking, or speak to another rep. I wasn't able to understand what she was saying, except now I have to visit a branch to verify my identity. Called back, got another person with poor English skills. Can't help me, I have to go in person to a branch location to verify identity. I will be closing my accounts after 30 years. Too bad they refused to help verifying on line or e-mail. I doubt I'm the only one with this problem since they merged with another bank March 1st.

Not to mention the banking is horrible you deposit cash, not a check but cash and you don't see it on your account until next Wednesday. I tried closing an account here to no avail since the computer networks were down...that was one year ago! Yesterday I went in to try again, and guess what the networks were down again! great but somehow they managed to "repair internet connection!" what incompetent fools! Mind you I've been with this bank since I was 18 years of age, and yesterday was the worst treatment I've had by them that I even made a Yelp account just to tell everyone to STAY AWAY! Mary, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind. She truly listened to our needs and was able to tailor our experience and the type of account we needed. Setting up the account was a breeze , and as a bonus she showed us to how to operate certain functions on the atm and got us comfortable with the layout! It was just nice touch, and we appreciated her taking the time to do so. I also want to quickly comment on how friendly the woman in the lobby was too. The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and welcomed to pnc. She genuinely seemed happy and appreciated us choosing this particular branch. A nice touch and genuine interaction. Little things like this make me happy to bank there! All of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly. One more thing to note is the manager again took some extra time to explain to me how to set up my online banking and also the features of the app. Pretty pleased! Happy customer!
