Never heard back from them, they blocked calls too. Cab never showed up!!!! I ended up getting a Co worker to come get me and I was 45 minutes late getting to work because of this company!!! I started calling them at about 10:15 pm and even though the add says 24 hour service it is i guess only when scheduled in advance. In Cleveland Tennessee if you need a cab or taxi ride spur of the moment and its after 9:30 pm you are s--t outta luck.
