She was the sweetest and I observed her on multiple mornings greeting people, helping them and talking to the guests. She just reminded me of someone's sweet grandma. She made people feel comfortable and welcomed. If you're looking for a great hotel for vaca, this isn't it, but if you need a decent place to stay to really just sleep in and be comfortable, this is it.

They have EV charging, a very small workout area, and an indoor pool. The IHG app describes the pool at heated, however it is not. Our first night here we attempted and it was like taking an ice bath. The rooms are relatively quiet. We didn't have any issues with noise and trying to sleep. The only downfall to the rooms that we observed was the amount of light which comes through the door from the hallway. The room itself was pleasant as well. It was hard to leave the luxurious king bed every morning. The heated floors in the bathroom and the comfy sitting area made our Holly Springs cottage suite the perfect home base. We were also assigned our own golf cart to get around the property (although we chose to walk mostly to take in the views). Service was top notch and the staff were wonderful. We decided to take the plunge and we are so happy we did. It's a 3 night minimum and frankly a great idea to take it all in. We enjoyed the following activities ; Fly Fishing, wine tasting , the spa , a farm tour , & tomato tasting. All were spectacular and unique to themselves. The culinary experience is nothing short of a Michelin experience for dinner. The price is all inclusive , sans your alcohol. The service is world class and the staff makes you feel so welcome. We love Hilton for work travel and holidays too, so the extra points are a nice bonus. This past weekend cemented our love for the airport Hilton though. We were in town for a very distressing family funeral and I somehow booked our stay for the wrong weekend. We only realized my mistake after family dropped us off with all our things. I'm sure I looked about as gutted as I felt when we found out the hotel was fully booked and we had no room. The manager on handled things incredibly professionally. He helped us try to find rooms at adjacent properties with shuttle buses - nothing. In the background, without making any promises, he was able to find one available room and got us in. I can't tell you what a relief it was, after a horrible week and with a 6am flight the next morning. We'll remember how helpful Logan was for a very long time, and my Hilton loyalty is cemented. Huge thanks to Logan Talent and the team at the Knoxville Hilton, y'all are real pros.

Our room was disgusting and thankfully I had gloves and sanitizing wipes. We were traveling on motorcycle and was just ready to shower and rest. I normally ask to see rooms if I'm not familiar with the place and I'm so mad at myself that I didn't this time. I've read reviews where people say the place is clean and people are hyping it up . They have to be talking about the cottages because what I'm about to show you in pictures is nowhere near clean. The floors weren't swept the toilet had not been clean cleaned and there was still toothpaste and hair in the sink that wasn't ours. Before we left, I did go back into the office and told them how disgusting it was and they kept apologizing and I told them I didn't want their apology. I didn't want a free room. I didn't want no money back. I wanted them to do better because there was no sense for the dirtiness.
