You must have patients when it comes to this location. Only 1 lane is for drive thru and the other lane is for online orders & delivery drivers. I'd suggest doing the online ordering because I waited more than 30 minutes. If you know Checkers once you get to a certain point there is no turning back. But I just knew the French fries was going to be hot and fresh so I just put on my play list and chilled. I also ordered the BBQ bacon burger and it was just okay. I only wanted the fries but I will definitely try the online ordering next time. read more

If I had the option of giving this establishment 0 stars, I would. Went there last Friday night after my barber appointment and ordered the 2 for $5. I hate cheese on fish sandwiches so I asked the employee (who appeared to be a manager) that was taking orders at the walk-up window for the Deep Sea Double with no cheese, extra tartar sauce. Something told me to check my bag before I went back to the car. I unwrapped the sandwich to see that, of course, it looked like it had extra cheese. I walked the sandwich back to the window and the employee tried to tell me that I didn't specify no cheese during my original order (that's the first thing I always say-regardless which establishment I go to). I firmly assured him that I did make that request, but it appeared that the employees were too busy playing around to do their jobs effectively. He remade the sandwich without the cheese, but it was so dark that I couldn't see if they remembered the extra tartar sauce. Got home, took a bite and it was dry as cardboard. Apparently they didn't add ANY tartar sauce. I live all the way in Union City and wasn't about to turn around and go back to Camp Creek at that time of night. Just moving forward, I will avoid this particular Checkers like the plague and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. A word of advice: 1) Listen to your customers when they are actually placing orders. Monday night around about 2am I ordered the baconzilla fries and spicy chicken sandwiches, and as they do at all the checkers they served me old soggy fries under all the cheese and bacon in hopes that I wouldn't realize the fries were garbage because the toppings were hot. That I kind of expected but one of my spicy chicken sandwiches was hard as a rock like almost painful to bite into, clearly way past expiration time. I could never imagine serving that to a person. The guy who fixed it gave me this look as he passed me the bag, I'm sure they expected me to come back and complain but it was just way too late and I was home. To me, this location has the worst service during the nighttime. I used to work in a warehouse in the area and would get off late, so I would come to this location if I wanted burgers and fries because the McDonald's in this area is awful at night and Wendy's would be closed. At first I would put up with the long lines, employees with nasty attitudes, faulty speaker, and messed up orders but then I got sick of it when I would report the location to corporate and they would do nothing. The real last straw was when I was very hungry and decided to give this place one last try and I ended up sitting in the drive through line for an hour because I got stuck between two cars. When I finally got to the speaker, the speaker was broken so the persons voice came out choppy. They told me to wait to place my order and I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come back. I got sick of waiting and asked if anyone was there and they said they had been waiting on me. I ordered a a double big buford and fries, then had to wait another 10 minutes before I got to the window. The lady had an attitude as usual and looked like she wanted to hit me, so after I got home I checked my food to make sure they didn't do anything funny to it and they did. They gave me salted fries with so much salt I couldn't eat them and instead of giving me the patties they used for the big buford, they replaced them with patties they used for the $1 burgers. I called and they were closed, so I kept the food and my receipt and went back the next day to get my money back. The refused to acknowledge what happened because it didn't happen on their shift.
