The dining room was recently renovated to a more open floor plan. There is fast WiFi. Unfortunately that was where the positives end. I ordered a Big Mac extra value meal and two McChicken sandwiches. The order took about ten minutes to come out. In the meantime, I can hear the shift manager trying to get the line cooks to hurry up, but to no avail. The initial presentation of my order looks fine, but upon closer examination the meat looks dried out, and the fried foods didn't taste fresh at all. Another customer who was there at the same time as me also commented same. My first impression when I saw the meat in my Big Mac was "Where's the Beef!?" Regarding the stale-tasting fries and McChicken, the manager admitted that the person who maintains the fryers had quit and there was no one to change out the oil--so they had been using the same cooking oil all weekend! It was then that I lost my appetite, refilled my drink, and left. Come on, McDonald's--you can do better than this!

Sometimes they forget you are even out there in a parking spot. What happened to getting your food at the drive thru window. My suggestion is to find somewhere else to get your hamburgers! When you do get your food, items are missing and they don't believe in giving you napkins to wipe your hands with.

The girl that finally came out was very nice and gifted a large vanilla shake because of the wait she said, which made my son happy but to spend that much time even for a curbside is just unacceptable not to mention when I tried to call inside twice, both times the phone just kept ringing.
