The store was kind of hard to find and I drive past the strip mall it's located in almost every day. The sign wasn't biggest, but I found it. My tax preparer came out and introduced himself and then we went back to his cubicle an away he went on my return. The federal and state where filed and he gave me an envelope to send in my city return. The whole process took 15 minutes and he was very nice his name is Daniel and I recommend him. I've done my personal banking here for years due to the convenience. For the most part the staff is…read morefriendly and helpful (I only had one bad experience and the teller was no longer working there shortly after which leads me to believe I wasn't the only one.) Parking can be tricky but chalk that up to people attempting to use the ATM. The chief downside is the service times. Lobby times can be up to 15 minutes and the drive-through banking is much worse. When I do my banking on Friday morning between 8-9AM I always make sure to plan an extra 15 minutes. My transactions are always fast and the teller is courteous, I can only assume the people in front of me are making complex transactions and/or making transactions that should really be done using the lobby services. Unfortunately the drive-thru is the only part open between 8 and 9 and is only staffed by one teller.
