I am disappointed with my experience with this medical group. I had recently established care with…read moremy endocrinologist and attended two appointments before being notified that the office would be moving and joining a new group. My endocrinologist was wonderful, and I am genuinely saddened that I am no longer able to continue my care with her. Unfortunately, my concerns are with the administrative and billing side of the practice, not the physician herself. On May 4, I received a phone call from the new office informing me that I allegedly owed nearly $400 from 2015. When I questioned the charge and requested clarification, I was met with an unprofessional attitude rather than assistance. During that conversation, I was told the balance had never been sent to collections because the office "forgot" to do so. At that point, I requested that my upcoming appointment be canceled while I worked to understand and resolve the billing issue. Instead, I was completely removed from the practice. This occurred approximately one week before my scheduled appointment and at a time when I was due for medication refills and follow-up care. As a Type 1 diabetic, continuity of care and access to medication are essential. Giving a patient only one week's notice to find a new endocrinologist is simply not realistic, especially when ongoing prescriptions, lab work, and specialized care are involved. Finding a new specialist and establishing care can take weeks or even months. Since then, my calls regarding lab work and medication refills have gone unanswered, leaving me without the support and communication I would expect from a medical practice. Adding to the confusion, I was told the balance was related to services from when I was diagnosed in 2015. However, I was actually diagnosed in 2012. No one has been willing to explain the discrepancy or provide documentation supporting the charge. My frustration is not simply about the alleged balance, but about the lack of communication, professionalism, and continuity of care. Patients should not be removed from a practice while attempting to resolve a billing dispute, especially when they rely on ongoing medical treatment and prescription medications. I hope this group improves its communication, billing practices, and patient support moving forward. While I would gladly recommend my endocrinologist, my experience with the administrative side of this practice leaves much to be desired.

We just moved here from CA. and are in need of good doctors. It seems common here for physicians to…read moreonly have answering machines unlike in Los Angeles where there are assistants and receptionists who answer the phone. This particular medical group takes at least 4 days to call back after leaving multiple messages and when they do - the staffers are rude and rush off the phone. In fact my husband was in the middle of making an appointment and the line was disconnected and they did not call back to continue booking or confirm. It is terrible when you cannot even reach a physician's office when you need them and may never get a return call back.

Amazing facility, amazing staff no wait when I came. Much better experience than most ERs…read more Definitely recommend.

I am someone that HATES hospitals, doctors offices, anything and was very unhappy to have an emergency causing me to go to the ER. Upon walking in, I thought wow! This looks more like a designer shopping store than a ER lobby. Saturday 1130 AM and not a single person waiting in front of me. Took about 10 minutes to have Chris come get me and take me to my private room. I asked if there was a bigger gown due to my size, and he went and checked. With a great attitude I must add. Upon changing in my gown, nurse Brittany was in the room within 5 minutes. No joke! She asked me some questions, checked my injury out (which was a nasty one) with all professionalism and great attitude also, and before she good even finish typing it in the computer, Dr Fletcher came in. You figure after all these greats so far, gotta be due for a letdown. INCORRECT! Doc was wonderful. Calmed me down. Gave me a quick answer! No type of these bum docs that are so quick to recommend surgery for everything. He gave me numerous ways around it actually! 5 STARS TO HIM!!! Within an hour an a half I was in CVS awaiting my script, i will co sign this please with everything, especially if you hate hospitals like me! Don't be let down and go elsewhere.

I was told there's no money in primary care and this is why they are doing this. I was just in the office for my yearly physical in July, and I can't even get my prescriptions refilled because the paperwork required by my insurance isn't being sent by this office because I refuse to pay this fee. I already pay $400 a month for my health insurance and I can't justify the extra "membership" fee. There are a lot of primary care doctors to choose from in south Florida, and I recommend finding one who isn't charging $2,500 just to stay a patient. I really thought this practice cared about their patients but being dropped like this has left a bad taste in my mouth.

The office staff is absolutely unaccommodating, which doesn't bode well for their August 1 plans to convert to a "concierge" practice. In more than 5 years at the practice, Dr. Caridi never ONCE introduced himself, despite the fact that I was pretty sick a couple of times. I get my physical every June and satisfy my insurance company's requirement for a biometric screening, yet they won't see me this year unless I agree to the concierge fee. Now I'm left to just find a new doctor somewhere. If you're OK paying $2500.00 upfront for on demand botox and aesthetic treatments, maybe Hampton's is your place. But if you're looking for competent, compassionate and professional health care, you're better off at the walk in.
