These cabins are nice. The bed is so comfortable and they even have heated flooring in the bathroom. The cabin we booked came with so many things that you would never get from a hotel (I.e. toaster, cutlery, plates, fridge, etc.) and for pretty much the same price. Honestly, if I had plans to goo hiking in the area or boarding at Whistler, I'd make this my god to accommodation. It's also a 10min drive from Alice Lake. One thing to note, and by no means is this a complaint, but bare in mind that not all of the cabins have a decent river view, but accessing the Cheakamus is only a couple minutes away. You can definitely hear it though and it's actually very relaxing to fall asleep to. Info: - The staff are very friendly - Fergies cafe is located here, which is a huge plus. - The parking spot is conveniently located right in front of your front door, which is very helpful if your unloading a bunch of bags and equipment. - Check out is a breeze. You just drop the key off at a box in front of the office.

He worked with me to design the perfect photo strip, and we even used my customized logo. The quality of photos that came out were gorgeous and glossy. Everyone at the event enjoyed the photobooth. The booth is very nice looking, and well kept, as well as his props. I've been to some events where the props look beat up, or old/dirty. You will not get this with Forever Captured. They have excellent free add-ons, as well as paid add-ons. Johnny brought an ipad kiosk for my guests to email their photobooth pictures directly. This was a huge plus and upgrade that most parties dont get to see. I also added on the scrapbook option. He provided pens and scrapbook supplies for people to leave us a copy of their photo strip & hand written message. Great company to hire for your special event. Jim and Vinny were super chill and up for heading out to the river. They asked me if I'd ridden horses before. Which, I have, half a dozen times or so. They saddled up Shade for me and off we went. :D He tried to walk into some low branches at first to test me! Lol. But, fortunately I'm intelligent and experienced enough to know you can steer a horse. After that he was pretty good. We crossed 2 small arms of the river, turquoise water! Then came out to see the river valley like something out of a wizard book! So coool! Mountains and waterfalls, forest and river! Very surreal. It was sometimes a narrow forest trail with some reasonably shallow crossings. Shade did try to test me again. So, having confidence and at least a bit of practical experience riding smart horses in varied terrain made it fun and exciting. If you are a super beginner, it may not be for you. But, anyone who loves amazing scenery and actually knows how to ride a horse would have the time of their life for sure! So close to the city, yet felt a world away.
