When it came to my bouquet, it was nothing like what I was supposed to get. When the flowers were delivered the day of the wedding, I said whose is this and Rick said yours. I said it looked nothing like what it was supposed to and he said yes, I have the picture. I said no it doesn't and before I knew it he was gone. Disappeared from the building. I know there was nothing that could have been done at that point but he could have apologized instead of disappearing like a coward.
