What a special and wonderful florist! I was already late in sending birthday greetings and was unsure what to get. So I wrote in the comment section what I wish to include and the florist went above and beyond what I expected. I do not like the floral websites like FTD or 1-800-flowers. I prefer finding a local florist in the town that the delivery is needed. Never had I ever thought a florist would be late for a local funeral delivery. We the family of the departed had to call and ask where the flowers were. Although it was not a big order it still was important to us. The order was delivered with people already in the church. That was professional! Flowers were not as ordered/ expected. Bouquet that should have been in casket never arrived instead a small vase of poorly placed flowers was sent. Boutonnières should have been at church for the pallbearers before they arrived.We should have had two arrangements for the alter and not one larger one. This family member is very upset and dissatisfied. Although my sister whom placed the order will not complain, I am. This was hurtful to me . Never will I use your service or recommend it. I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were beautiful. The arrangement I requested couldn't be completed exactly as it was listed because the flowers weren't fully opened. The store contacted me to let me know. They could have easily just put the order together as it was, but they went the extra mile to make it just right. We ordered the casket spray and 2 sprays for either side of the casket, and while the floral color scheme was exactly as we had planned, the two sprays on either side of the casket were much smaller than what was pictured on the website which is what we had to use to order in the store. The main flowers were there, but the spray was smaller, few background flowers and not as much green as we expected. On one of the sprays, a flower was even dead and drooping! This was my first time using these guys and WOW! Just wow. I wanted something very different and specific for my best friend's bridal shower, inspired by Pinterest. Many florists turned me down because it would be too much work. Some florists said they would do it wanted to charge me unreasonable prices! But this place had the best price by far and they agreed to do it. I was blown away by what they did. They went above and beyond with their work and helped me figure out the best way to configure this arrangement. I ordered the shoes separately and they put everything else together. The hydrangea is the most perfect shade of blue mixed with white roses, another favorite. The leaf accents set off the beauty of the flowers while the square clear glass vase is the perfect choice to enhance the arrangement. The only disappointment is they won't last forever. It is absolutely disgusting that when we arrived at my grandfather's funeral and read the cards, that your company's name was larger than our messages. It is disgusting that you advertise on the back and have a card folded in. Our grief and our messages to our loved ones is FAR more important than your company. This was insulting, rude, and so disrespectful. On top of that, my uncle's flowers looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the Tribute Store we all purchased from. He ordered a spray to stand next to the casket and it was portrayed on the site as very large and beautiful, but it was tiny and pathetic when we saw it in person. I have NEVER gotten better customer service with a florist than I did this morning! I spoke to Garrett a couple of times. I am from Maine and was looking for something for a dear friend who has terrible allergies and recovering from COVID-19. He was able to get me a houseplant to send to her. He is emailing me pictures and a receipt and is also delivering TODAY! I couldn't be more pleased with this company. I walked in a Friday at 330 to get an arrangement for my Mom's birthday. I was offered a bunch of beautiful arrangements and even offered to have one made up. When I was debating between two, the kind woman Jane behind the counter told me one would last longer. I picked my arrangement and she boxed it up carefully. The store itself is incredibly cute. Ordered early from here on valentines day for a dozen pink roses. I instead received a dozen red roses that were sloppily thrown together in a vase. I wasn't impressed, nor was my wife. I could have gotten an arrangement from a roadside vendor in Philly for a quarter of the price, and have gotten a better result. Not sure if I'd use these guys again. read more

UPDATE: I was contacted today by the management (by email) as another apology and a credit in an attempt to make up for the issue. The chocolate was good and delivered in a nice bag and the arrangement was beautiful. Picked for delivery of the 12th of May. Was shocked when the delivery was sent on Saturday May 11th instead. Contacted the company to see why they decided to deliver on the wrong date. Spoke with the manager, who was VERY condescending and obviously didn't care that I was upset and just wanted me off the phone as quick as possible. She first tried to state the company could have it delivered either Saturday or Sunday which obviously if I pick a delivery date that is not the case. She even went as far as rationalizing how many orders they had (If you are overwhelmed by orders then why are you taking new ones still?) Then she just kept repeating "What can I do to fix the problem". Which the answer, when in a business like hers is to NOT MAKE A PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. She even said "Would you like me to pick them up and have them delivered tomorrow?" She did agree to finally send her something extra tomorrow which is why I gave them two stars. Instead of using a big floral company, I thought using a local florsit would be nice so I called Rose Bud. There advertisement states "We value each and every customer and strive to provide you with the finest service on each and every order". However, when I ordered an fairly expensive arrangement with a mylar balloon, it popped as soon as it was delivered as soon as the driver left. When I called and asked to possibly have the balloon replaced, they told me they weren't able to replace it. Really? Lost this customer. Hope it was worth the balloon. read more

So utterly disgusted with this florist, there are no words to describe how upset I am with them. I ordered flowers through 1-800 flowers and when they arrived at my Aunt's house, they were not like the picture. I called 1-800 and they said, "no problem" we'll send another order. That order was of a completely different arrangement so I was still unhappy. BUT THEN ROSEBUD FLORIST!! goes to my sister's house and takes back the first arrangement saying it was being taken back for non-payment!!! LIARS. I am really sick, my sister just finished chemo last week... this is her first birthday after that ordeal. When the order of flowers were not the same as pictured 1-800 promised to fix it. The 2nd order of flowers was nothing like the order. We ordered roses and other flowers, the replacement was carnations. They didn't even try but before we could even call... the first florist (Rose Bud's) came to my sisters house and took back the first order for non-payment!!! So embarrassing, so crude. They took back both arrangements!!! I had no idea there were two florists and didn't know they were going to remove my sister's flowers. She (of course) wasn't the person who complained. She didn't understand what was happening. How utterly crude and rude!! We only knew who it was when I called the number that had called my sister and found out it was RoseBud florist in Pitman NJ. But we didn't know until I called them that they had only made the first order. How dare they go and take those flowers back, do they realize how many people receiving flowers are sick or grieving and the last thing we wanted was my sister to be stressed or upset about STUPID FLOWERS!!!! But here I am upset about stupid flowers.... ugh. Plus they took them back saying for non-payment. Do you know how embarrassing that is. I have 7 sisters! 7. and I can't count the nieces, nephews and relatives that heard we sent flowers to my sick sister only to have them repossessed... UGH! So you tell me, how do you fix it? I will go and give reviews where ever I can about Rosebud Florist in Pitman NJ and 1-800 flowers but I can't even speak to them... how dare they... the audacity is beyond my comprehension. Bad experience...wont be buying flowers from here anymore. I ordered an arrangement for my uncles viewing and the card that they printed out looked as if a child had done it. Misspelled names, a ribbon was supposed to be draped across the flowers and it wasn't, one of my family members names was separated on two separate lines. Also when I ordered the flowers I did it over the phone with the owner and asked for the total which he gave me. Somehow when i got the statement from the bank it was $2.02 more. Its not about the amount of money but the principle, don't give me a price then decide to change it. I called to speak to him the next day but he was off and I was told he would call me back....never happened. I went in today to see the owner in person and his excuse was.." new employee". I have recommended this flower shop in the past and like to keep the local merchants in business, but I will encourage anyone who asks me about Rosebud Florist in Pitman to go elsewhere. Also the day I ordered the flowers I called him back to make sure of the chronological order on the card....that was a wasted phone call, apparently he didn't think the way I wanted the card to look mattered and he ignored my request. read more
