Eco friendly products are great if they do the job. In this case, they did not. Our shower tile grout was "cleaned" and looked about 20% better than before the cleaning. Scott came the next day to fix the job. After he left, it was about 50% cleaner, still having discoloring and stains. A month ago, my husband & I bought a new house that we wanted to have professionally deep cleaned before moving in. I was 37 weeks pregnant, not necessarily relevant, but my hormones were out of whack... but yeah, nothing looked clean. Baseboards were still full of dust, floors everywhere were dirty. Walls still had ( & still do, as I haven't been able to get to everything yet) dirt all over them. Basically what they had included in their deep clean didn't seem to be done. The house was empty, nothing had to be moved around. Also, when not paid immediately, expect for the owner of this dismally run company to harass and threaten you with police action. It hadn't even been a week (lol) --- I ended up having to clean the place before I bought my new baby home to it. So I was distracted elsewhere with a newborn baby & now also a dirty house. So yeah, 1 week postpartum had me on my hands and knees scrubbing what I had paid this company to do. Id look elsewhere.
