The retail shop is small but is packed with a diverse array of options. Eau Galle produces a lot of their own cheeses, especially ones in Italian styles, but the shop also hosts many cheese from across Wisconsin and abroad. Most tend to be firmer cheeses like cheddars and goudas, with few soft rinds and young blues. There is also cheese-themed home decor and apparel, and lots of accompaniments for cheese like jams, pickled vegetables, honeys, and many sausages. This is a perfect place to put together a gift basket for someone who enjoys good food! Oh, and there is alcohol, too, requisite New Glarus packs, local ciders, and wines.
