We booked Cheese Louise for our wedding and they were amazing to work with! Loads of options for all dietary restrictions at our event and everyone was super pleased with the variety of choices. We were worried that there would be a long wait and lines due to the number of guests we had, but the Cheese Louise team was well prepared and we were all pleased to see the line fly through! A great option for a cost effective, yet somehow gourmet, wedding dinner. Plus the food truck is a great addition to an outdoor wedding. It was adorable for pictures. We stopped her before going for a hike in the Albany Town Forest, and we picked up a few grilled cheeses to go. My boys split a Vermonter, my mother chose the Baconator, and I got the Buffalo Bleu. They were more than happy to accommodate our request the Vermonter into two trays with no extra charge, and the food was hot and ready in 12 minutes (not bad!) Since we were going hiking, they offered to cover our trays, which was great so we could stack them in our hiking backpack. We had lunch here after visiting the Swift River on the Kancamagus highway. The food was very flavorful. The food was ready really quickly and we ate outside at the picnic table. I would highly recommend the sandwiches and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was creamy and well seasoned. So I was at the location in the outlets shopping with my family and saw the stand and decided to try it out. All started well with the girl taking my order, they wanted 20 bucks for a lobster grilled cheese sandwich which seemed a bit pricey but I still wanted to try it. Then it took them half hour to give me my cold grilled cheese sandwich. They served 2 people who ordered after me and the girl passing out the food was making a beer pong date with her friends who were also getting free food as far as I could see because they never went through the line as I did and paid. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Worst service and overpriced food that was served cold. Ridiculous. read more

Menu was great with several interesting choices although we found when getting our sandwiches any ingredients aside from cheese were in small quantity.  In fact we noticed not all the ingredients on the menu were on one sandwich and went back to the counter to see if we had received the wrong order.  Without apologizing, the person said they could get the missing ingredients for us but would have to walk all the way back to the cooler to do it.  Sounds like someone got lazy or busy and decided to just skip some ingredients. read more

July 1, 2022 We had Cheese Louise Food Truck, catering our Welcome Dinner for our son's wedding weekend, July 1, 2022. We had the pleasure of working with Sullivan Gaudreault, Food Truck Manager for Cheese Louise, he was very helpful and thorough. There are several choices of Artisan grilled cheese, my favorite, The Baconator. The grilled cheese comes with a side of chips. We added two other sides; garden salad and/or mango salsa. Their lemonade is delicious. The Price is very fair and portions are generous. Cheese Louise supplies the plates, napkins and utensils. The truck is very clean and shiny black with outside stringed lights, a nice wooden menu on the side that is easy to read. The staff is very efficient and very personable. They arrived on time and left without a trace. All 68 guests loved Cheese Louise and Artisan Grilled Cheese. I would highly recommend Cheese Louise, you won't be disappointed. Absolutely delicious!! I had The Vermonter and sampled the Baconater and both were phenomenal! It was a bit on the pricey side for grilled cheese from a truck but I was pleasantly surprised as it was one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I've ever had! They've got 6-8 different grilled cheeses which are served with kettle cooked chips or two side options and a small drink menu, mostly local bottled sodas. This is by far the greatest food truck in the Valley! Being GF, there aren't many options around for me, but this place had an amazing GF sandwich called the "Godmother". The sandwich was packed with fresh tomatoes and basil on a bed of mozzarella cheese with a hint of balsamic glaze. Usually GF bread is a bit chalky but the bread here was great. Totally delicious!! Even if you don't read the back story, which will make you root for these guys for their vision, you'll love this food truck, where comfort food meets the diverse needs of even the most sophisticated palette. There are not a lot of ways to screw up a grill cheese, but these clever foodies have discovered plenty of ways to mix it up, offering complex and delicious offerings, as well as the old stand by.
