My review is as follows: Customer service is excellent, they answer all questions thoroughly and promptly. They arrived early, efficiently set up and left when done without a trace. They handled all 68 of our guests with ease and a smile. The food truck is very clean and adorable with lights and a light up Crepe sign. They supply all utensils, crepe holders and napkins. Bryant is an executive chief and it shows in his crepe selection, presentation and how delicious they ALL are.(You will have a hard time deciding) They can customize crepes(even gluten free). They even have a kids option, Peanut Butter and Fluff(A New England favorite). Portions are generous and fairly priced. Patti went the extra mile. About half an hour before they were done serving, she went around to see if anyone wanted more crepes, as hostess I really appreciated this. All 68 guests loved the Tin Can Co. Crepes Food Truck. On Saturday morning, while our son did homework in the room, while my wonderful wife was exercising, our daughter and I explored North Conway, NH. They try to accommodate allergies as much as they can (which is hard since it is a food truck). They don't have any official GF options, but they made us a cheesesteak bowl with onions, tomatoes and lettuce and a spicy chipotle. It was delicious and I will definitely be returning! The trunk is 603 street eats in the morning 8-11 and then converts to another food truck called NA'CHO AVERAGE.
