Searching frantically for an alternative, I noticed a food truck sitting in a parking lot. Clarky's BBQ. "Eh, BBQ's usually pretty expensive," I said to myself, "but I'm in a hurry and I'm starving," so I decided to give it a try. I walked up to the window and asked the lady what she recommended and she said she really likes the chicken sandwich, I think it's called the Southwest chicken sandwich, or something to that effect. So I said alright, I'll take that. The price was around $16 at the time, which I thought was about standard for a BBQ chicken sandwich. The picture on the menu showed a sandwich on a round bun, and I was thinking it would be like most BBQ sandwiches, about the size of a hamburger. I thought "man that's kinda pricey if it's hamburger size," but I eagerly awaited the arrival of the sandwich. I'm here to tell you that after I opened that package I was happy to have paid every cent of that $16 dollars because what a sandwich! This wasn't some 4 inch hamburger bun with a piece of chicken on it. This thing must have been at least 6 inches in diameter! It was loaded with tender smoked boneless chicken thighs, a soft melty white cheese, and ortega chilis. There might have been some other veggies as well but I can't remember. I was quite full by the time I got halfway through, but it was so good I just. Couldn't. Stop. Eating. I finished that whole sandwich in one sitting, and it was good to the last bite! The flavor was unreal, by far the best BBQ chicken I've ever had and maybe the best BBQ overall. The cheese flavor was perfect with the smoky chicken, and the chilis added just the right kick. I think this might be the best sandwich I have ever had, I think about it all the time! I've gotta have it again soon! Thank's Clarky's for a great experience!

They have both indoor and outdoor seating areas, both of which were welcoming and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, including giving some samples of their drink selections since they have a wide variety of options, which do change frequently. We loved their ciders and slushies, and our friends loved their beers and other drink options. We have ordered different foods each time we went too, and everything has been absolutely delicious so far, and our friends thought so too. We love to try new places, but we will definitely return to this one!

We had the opportunity to sample their food service at a previous function and did not hesitate to use them for our event. Compliments on the food preparation and service came from all 72 of our guests. If you need any kind of catering we highly recommend At Your Service. We used a buffet style dinner with a server. Food came out fresh and hot. As good as the dinner meal was, the appetizer service was equally delicious. Two days later after the event, we are still getting emails from family and friends commenting on the food service. As someone else mentioned elsewhere, At Your Service only does the food preparation and service. You need to supply the table settings. We used Victoria's Sweet Elegance for this service. Victoria did a spectacular setting up inside the Lake Room. We were in awe to what she did setting up the room. Your finest restaurant had nothing on Victorias tables cape for all 10 tables.
