Then I get told that "no we don't want to do business with you." So, I am sorry if your child was in the hospital, but running a business have a little more business compassion about returning emails and calls. Then don't just say , nope we won't be doing business with you. If you would have just replied and said we are dealing with personal issues, I could have moved on and called someone else. The cod was dried out, and cold, the checken parm looked like a casserole that was dried out, the chicken parm looked like store bought process patties. The Gnocchi looked like big things of glue. The bride was so upset and embarrassed because she bragged to all her guest on how great her food was. Bride and groom left most their food on the plate! So very disappointing. Her staff were wonderful. So I made sure they I tipped them separately. Buyer beware! What the food tastes like at your tasting was not what you get the day of. All I can say is California Catering Company is top notched! The handled everything from the set up to the cleanup. Amanda and Al came to our home and met with us to view our home venue. To see where the appetizers and beverages would be set up to the sit-down dinner area. Amanda added a special touch with napkin inserts with the bride and grooms names, initial and menu wrapped on the top of the napkin. It looked beautiful! After the rehearsal dinner, I hired them for a holiday luncheon in December 2017 and a networking dinner event in November 2017.
