All though the prices are reasonable, they are actually higher than whats posted on their display board. The manager/owner is aware of this because I personally spoke with him several months ago and he has yet to change the pricing on the display board to align with whats actually being charged. I don't have a problem with paying whatever the price would be, my problem is with them not being upfront with their pricing. It's a matter of principle. I have been given cause to question their ethics and if I feel that they are not ethical, unfortunately I am unable to support the business. So my concluding message is buyer beware!

I ordered Mac n cheese, sweet potatoes, and rice. I also got baked chicken. I sat for a minute to take a picture of my food and taste the slice of cake. I didn't like any of my food. I didn't taste that home cooked flavor that I was expecting. The cake was underwhelming and dry. The sweet potatoes didn't taste homemade and the Mac n cheese was just okay. I had high hopes for this restaurant too. The setup was really cute and the employees were really kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions and thanked me for coming. They were delightful. The location is optimal because they are in a strip mall with lots of parking. I may try them out again to see if I get a different result, but this first visit wasn't a good one for food taste and quality.
