I have been going to this particular Safeway since the Shoppers in Annapolis closed over a year ago. During the Covid crisis part one toilet paper was running low everywhere, this particular Safeway seem to find a way to keep toilet paper in the hands of its value customers. I can understand how some of the employees may not look totally excited to be at work, it is a rough job with limited appreciation from customers and poor pay from corporate America.
