Oddly enough, they had the tiniest water cup that you can pour for yourself. It was like 2 gulps. I also tried some drinks. They have an assortment of Moshi brand drinks in a can. Overall, good, but just not worth the price for what you get. My friend got a tonkatsu curry rice, a croquette appetizer, and a slice of cream roll cake for $5 less than how much I spent on my single uni ikura rice bowl. The tonkatsu curry rice was quite good, and only $14.98, which is really good for today's economy. If I'm ever back for the food, I'll definitely get the tonkatsu.

The other issue was I asked two employees for galangal and neither spoke English so they got someone from the back who I asked and he took me to mangos. When I showed him the word "Galangal" on my phone, he said no. After trying the HMart down the street and comparing it to how disorganized, messy, cramped, and the poor service here, I'm done with this place.

At the customer service, Costco employees declined that they can't do anything for me, so I told the associate her company email asked me to check with local Costco customer service. Now Jenny, the store manager, came and confirmed when Costco sent the digital credit and found it on my junk mailbox, so I told her, "Thank you so much!!", then she sighed and walked away. Costco products are impressive, but their employees are negatively surprising.
