Our last dinner we reqested to be completely vegetarian and he did not disappoint. Even the non-vegetarian at the dinner was blown away and left being the perfect amount of full. My husband avoids certain veggies in our day to day (texture) and the way Chef Josh cooks - well we've never left a plate bare, I can tell you that much. And when Chef Josh isn't looking.. we may have licked our plates clean. Pickling, crisping, pureeing, caramelizing - everything he puts in front of you "WOWs". Besides the food he serves, which is well worth the money, Josh's service is unparalleled. He is prompt, friendly and wonderful to chat with. We had three or four passed appetizers, a salad course, a grouper / risotto course, and a caramel bar for dessert. Everything was so delicious and all of the guests raved. I have no idea how he was able to cook all of that food for that many people in our home kitchen and make it so flavorful. Since that first order we've ordered many, many times from Alec during busy weeks when we don't have time to make meals at home. I love how delicious and nutritious all the meals are, and Alec is always coming out with new and interesting dishes. Everything is organic, meats are grass fed/wild caught, and oils are clean (no seed oils). My favorites are the beef rendang, salmon chimichurri and pomegranate chicken. I like to get these in "family box" sizes so we eat the protein with either salad or rice we make at home, the food lasts longer this way. His entrees are also delicious and we sometimes get these for my husband to take to work with him. I also love the pesto and garlic chili sauces - we get these in the 8oz jars and they go so well with the proteins (or other meals we make at home)! For dessert I love the peanut butter bars and currently, the mochi cake (new item)! Delivery is always prompt. Alec is also really kind and very quick to respond to emails or texts. I have asked him about the surfaces food is cooked on and appreciated that they only cook on stainless steel and parchment paper, as this is really important and often overlooked! I was turning into my residential area with my signal on when the driver of this truck tried to split the lanes and almost caused an accident. When you have all of your advertising on a panel truck, you need to understand that that's just as important as having a good or bad product. I would never use this company and I would make sure that if I ever have the chance I would let people know not to use them either. Driving so erratically that they almost caused an accident is more damaging than a bad meal.
