We used Chef Ty's services for our corporate Christmas dinner party of 2023. He came to our home with two staff members. From the first phone call, Chef Ty was a pleasure to speak and work with. His food is incredible, appetizers that are creative and tasty, season vegetables and side dishes that are cooked simply but perfectly, short ribs that melt in your mouth and specialty soups that are multi-dimensional in flavor because of the number of ingredients he selects for them. Recently was a part of a bachelorette party that to my great surprise chef ty cooked for. He hosted us for both dinner as well as brunch and to say it was absolutely fantastic is still an understatement. He went above and beyond for all of us and was also a wonderful part of conversation as he has a great and professional personality. He went above and beyond service 12 girls a full spread including crab cakes, scallops, gumbo, short rib and bread pudding. Everything was great and the meal was super fulfilling, and we even had some left over to snack on later. Then for brunch he brought stacks of assorted fruit, potatoes, bacon, two types of sausage, French toast, and omelets made to order with ingredients of your choosing. Best continental breakfast ever. I told him this was my first time hiring a private chef so be patient with all my questions, told him what i liked and didn't like, a theme i was thinking about, my initial budget, etc. He was very professional through all forms of communication, very client-centric (he included a few cool add-ins without charging me!) and we were able to stick to my budget for a fabulous 7-course meal for 8 of us. FOOD - amazing!!! Didn't encounter a dish i didn't like nor did any of my guests. All raved about how delicious the dishes were and how fantastic the experience was. He even packed us leftovers and everything was just as tasty the following day(s).
