The freshest fruit! The shrimp and grits were light but well seasoned! There was just enough shrimp in each bite and he wasn't stingy with the portion size. The seafood pasta was an ultimate hit! There was seafood in every bite and it was the freshest seafood! I never had seafood pasta prepared this way. It contained crab, shrimp and a lobster topping! EVERYONE ATE ALL OF HIS FOOD. We ordered enough and none was left! All of our guests constantly still talk about how good the food was at the shower Private dinner: Chef Jarvis served jalapeño wrapped in bacon, seafood macaroni and cheese, fingerling potatoes, asparagus and a Tomahawk steak. The steak was extremely tender and well seasoned! The seafood macaroni and cheese was fluffy and the seafood taste was not over powering the Mac and cheese. The asparagus and potatoes were fresh and seasoned perfectly! To end the night we were served a brownie that was sooooo soft! I don't eat sweets because I don't like the way they taste but I ate the whole brownie! That says something! I would definitely hire him again! There is no one better in Atalanta! Shodan showed up and got everything dialed in right on time for our event. Our son and his longtime pal invited their friends and family who tried a wide range of tasty treats and there was plenty of time spent gathered around the goodness. Only advice I'd give is to make sure you order more crostinis. I saw plenty of quick word of mouth drive traffic right to them and everyone loved the unique flavors that the filet with smashed avocado, honey goat cheese topped with roasted tomatoes and pesto drizzle, and caprese delivered. The grazing table is something I'll daydream of often now that I've seen and gotten to taste so many amazing things from it. She was extremely accommodating as one of the girls did not like meat so she quickly made her own choices for my friend. She's extremely communicative which was my favorite part about her services. Hannah took care of all the courses and one I didn't include was the kale Cesar salad that tasted so yummy and added the lightest clean touch to our steak dinner. I was emailed shortly by Chef Thomas, and we hashed out the details of regarding time and menu. I told him that we were looking for a relatively light, healthy and tasty menu. We ended up with a great menu: (1) Ahi Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Cucumber, Pine Nut, Shallot, Parsley, in a Lemon & Soy Vinaigrette; (2) Sautéed Shrimp on top of Thai Papaya Salad (Green Papaya, Green Beans, Bird Eye Chilis, Tomatoes, Garlic, Peanuts, and Lime); and (3) Orange Creamsicle Panna Cotta - Eggless Vanilla Custard with Orange Segments, and Toasted Streusel. The food was fantastic, and the chef and his assistant were professional throughout. The chef was also pretty flexible - I found out the day before the dinner that one of the girls didn't eat seafood, and the chef was able to accommodate her (though she did bring her own chicken). They also took care of serving the food, and cleaning the dishes and the cooking area - at the end of the night, we just had to start the dishwasher.
