If you don't like skin on chicken, be aware that this dish authentically leaves the skin on. The sauces were a great addition to an already delicious meal. I personally preferred the pad Thai than pad see ew even though it's usually the other way around. Pad see ew noodles weren't as good here. Again, it's not the best but it'll suffice if you want Thai food in the area as there aren't that many options otherwise.
