If you have ever watched Chopped, the TV show, you know that they provide you with a basket of items and you and your team is to figure out what to make with those items. You have to make sure that you include every item that's in the basket. It was so much fun to see what the various groups came up with. There were four groups and three judges. Once their meal was prepared, they brought the dishes to the judges so that we were able to rate them. I was one of the judges which was very fun! We had an appetizer and then a main dish. At the end the REAL chefs prepare a meal using the same ingredients! The staff was extremely nice and entertaining too. Made us feel comfortable and welcome. There was an open bar of wine and beer (and soda) so add that with some music I tell you it was just a blast. Thank you team for hosting! It was amazing!
