I like Artisano's. I had never been in the shop until this past Thursday. I had only dealt with them at Yelp events and different shows. I am glad I was able to finally get into the store. I signed up for a class they were offering. I was a little bit early getting there so I was able to do some shopping before everyone got there. Because I was taking a class they gave me a 10% discount so that was an unexpected nice thing to happen. In addition for checking in on Yelp I had a coupon for a tuxedo blend sesame seed packet. They also allowed me to use the coupon at the same time. Awesome! One of the gals that worked there told me I could take the lid off of any of the spices to see what it smelled like. Also note if there's one of them that you want then there should already be some pre-packaged behind each container. I picked out black cardamom pods, ginger sugar, and Ethiopian berbere spice. Something new for me to try. The class was for French onion soup and cheese fondue. They had a full house. 16 people were there and we were sat in tables of four. The class cost around $50 and it appears from Eventbrite that they are holding a couple a month. Keep in mind this is not a commercial kitchen so we cooked on portable gas burners that were powered by a can of gas. I met some nice people and learned a couple of things. Although I will make my soup at home I will change something slightly in the recipe. The cheese fondue the chef made it, really did not come out as he intended due to the conditions we were cooking in and how they were served. It came out more stringy and not smooth like it should be. I may take another class in the future in the meantime we will see what delicious dishes I can come up with at home for my new seasonings.

So many oils and balsamic vinegars

My friend and I stumbled on this store randomly. Been to several of the shops in the same center but never noticed this one. The selection of oil, balsamic, and spices are amazing! And the staff are so friendly and helpful, you can try everything so you know you will love what you buy! If you've never done an oil/balsamic tasting you have to try it. It's not as weird as it sounds, the tastings are sips, and you'll be surprised by the various flavors. If you're looking for a random spice or something, good bet you might find it here. If you love cooking come check out this store!

A really great spot which was easy to find. I like how the store is laid out as the staff makes it easy for them to help you and discuss what you make be looking for or like there. There was a lot of sampling which they even had some mixing of both oils and vinegars. I was personally thrilled to have found some coffee related spices and balsamic vinegars! The costumer service was amazing and I really enjoy my experience, I will definitely be coming back to try more and get more!!!

Stumbled spin this place (didn't find them on Yelp beforehand ..... pity, because I missed the check-in promo). What a lovely little store. Dry neatly laid out, very helpful staff. Just a pleasant place to discover new flavours. Loved their selection. Very excited to try the chimchurri spice

Also the day we walked in, the air conditioning was barely working. However, the pasta choices are only rigatoni or spaghetti. From the pictures yes they really do have a pizza oven, which is fantastic The calamari was great, especially because it contained tentacles. However, at this price point, the plate was pathetically filled with barely anything. So they're charging high prices, trying to present themselves as a great place to be, and yet are feeding you less than the competitors out there. Our server was very nice, however did not know what tentacles were. Our server was slightly attentive but slow. The two pasta dishes we ordered were very disappointing. The sauce tasted like they came out of a jar and they were definitely not homemade or made from scratch in any way shape or form. The cheese is as well tasted like they came out of a bag and were not shaved or cut fresh. Unfortunately, I can even do the simple pasta better at home. Further, the alla Norma I was playing a game of trying to find the eggplant. My partner got the Bolognese and you could not find any meat in it whatsoever. It was very disappointing. By the time we left the place was packed, so maybe they are doing something right but frankly from three dishes, this was a huge disappointment and frankly a waste of money There are lots of other Italian places in the fishers and Carmel areas please go there.

I called ahead and ordered: 2 kebab sandwiches 2 falafel sandwiches 2 kibbeh orders baba ghanoush fattoush salad The employee on the phone told me the order would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, I was told it would actually be another 17 minutes. I waited in my car, came back after that time passed, and then was told "maybe 13 more minutes." The biggest issue was not just the wait -- it was the lack of honesty and time management. If the restaurant had simply said from the beginning that they were behind and needed closer to an hour, I would have understood. What frustrates customers is being repeatedly given inaccurate wait times. People plan their schedules, families, and evenings around the times restaurants provide. After waiting inside, sitting directly in front of the counter, I watched the cook START preparing parts of my order almost an hour after I originally placed it. Items like the baba ghanoush, salad, and kibbeh -- foods that are usually already prepared -- were only assembled then. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after me and ordered at the restaurant were served before my takeout order was completed. Unfortunately, the food quality also suffered from the long delay: The sandwiches were soggy The salad had water pooled at the bottom and no dressing The kibbeh was soaked in grease For the amount paid, I expected much better service, communication, and food quality. A simple apology and realistic timing would have made a huge difference.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think one more sister store is also going in. The address has been updated on Yelp and is correct now. So, how is it? Well, it's pretty accessible. There's accessible parking almost directly in front of it. The two-sided doorway is pretty manageable. There were some sports in the store where I struggled with access and others where I struggled because a wheelchair bump would mean I was buying a really expensive, fragile item I probably couldn't afford. Williams-Sonoma, if you don't know, sells kitchen wares and home furnishings. The emphasis is on high-end items. You won't find a Keurig here. You'll find a $2,995 Breville Oracle® Dual Boiler Espresso Machine, however, and other items that you just look at with bewilderment. Their big kick right now seems to be Stanley Tucci-branded items along with seasonal items. I will confess I lusted after some of the Halloween items. While I felt very welcome at West Elm, I will admit I felt a bit less welcome here other than one super helpful employee. I had another employee who seemed wary of me - I mean, come on, that's somewhat legit. I'm a frumpy wheelchair user with no sense of fashion and garage sale sensibilities. Can I shop at Williams-Sonoma? Sure. Maybe not everything, but shopping here's now out of the question. I can't deny, despite my obvious cynicism, that I actually liked this store and I liked it more than when it was at Fashion Mall. It feels a little more relaxed. It smells great. It looks good (the flooring could use some assistance). It has some seasonal items, candles, and small housewares I adored. Most of the employees were friendly if not exactly welcoming (except for Mr. Wary who, by the way, was less fashionable than I was. So there.). If you want to elevate your game, especially in the kitchen, this is a great place to start.
