I received an answer almost instantly with a few clarifying questions, paid for my order and waited for the day of the luncheon. They arrived about 10-15 minutes prior to the time requested which worked out great. Everyone at the company is super friendly and helpful, driver included. The box lunches were great. We had opted for a sandwich and 2 sides. Each lunch also contained a fruitcup or applesauce, a pickle spear, chips, a cookie or brownie, as well as condiments, a mint and cutlery with napkin. That should fill up the even the hungriest of our employees. I for one appreciate reliability in a caterer since there is nothing worse than a room full of hungry people and no food. The response time and considerations made make Nameless well worth it. They don't flinch at large group sizes, over 400 in my case, and help guide newcomers through the process. They took a $1000 deposit and then their verizon phone number was not accepting calls. When I found another business phone number for them, based out of Indiana, Ashley Bauer answered, listened to my concern, then hung up immediately and blocked my number. They have taken down their FB page and are completely unresponsive. Zola should do a better job at vetting their vendors. I have found countless negative reviews of this company since my personal bad experience.
