I brought oue vehicle in for interior detail and a window tint. I don't even think they vacuumed the interior. I was expection a professional job with and extractor. The detail guy said he "blew" out the interior and that he didn't clean the inside of the windows because thay always looked worse after cleaning. The leather interior got burned by the heat gun when the tinted the pax window. They did more damage than good. It was a terrible experience! read more

Purchased a vehicle from the dealership and here we are 2 weeks down the road. Vehicle has needed brakes and fans. This outfit suggested going to a real Dealership for repairs. I cannot get ahold of anybody from the "lot". Nobody will call me back, so my vehicle sits in their lot not running after having it for 2 weeks. Lemon Lay sound about right. Any company that sells vehicles should be responsible and credible. I WILL NOT EVER purchase or even refer anyone to this place. Have already reached out to paralegal regarding Lemon Law. Vehicle has been looked over by credible dealership, and made suggestion that vehicle is unsafe, and recommended it not be driven until repaired. I cannot even get the name of the Owner from the staff onsite. What are they hiding? Overpriced and I could have gotten better value from a junk yard. This is a review of the service department. I have had several oil changes here. Scheduling is easy and not too far out. They've always been professional and friendly. And kind to my kids when I've had to bring them with. The real reason I'm writing the review is because yesterday I had brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Unexpectedly I got a call saying a family member needed to go to the ER. I had to ask them to stop what they were doing so I could go get kids and help with the situation. I felt bad about it and offered to pay for the service anyway. It wasn't their fault I had to go. But when I asked, the gentleman, I'm not sure who it was, shook his head and told me to go take care of my family. I just really appreciated the gesture and it made me feel that this shop treats people with kindness. I won't forget it. read more

We had a great experiance at Chehalis Auto Center! I am always extremely skeptical about mechanics but we are new to the area so we just had to cold call. They quoted me $400 for the repair and they got us in within days. They fixed it exactly when they said they would and charged us only $250! Honestly, they could have made a free $150 off of us but they were honest and thats what we needed, especially so close to Christmas! We were on a 1200+ mile trip (pulling a travel trailer) from California. The afternoon of Halloween we left our RV park to make our way back home and our check engine light began flashing, cylinder 4 miss fire. We made it to the Walmart parking lot and attempted to repair it ourself but was unable without the right tools. I called and spoke to the Chehalis Auto Center who said he'd see what he could do and call me back. He called back shortly and said that his tech at the Centralia location could get to it the next day (since it was so late in the day) my husband went and chatted with the tech he took our number, texted us the next day (Sunday, even though they were closed) and had us up and running in a little over an hour. I have had a repair done by them to my 1999 Ford F-250 Powerstroke Diesel 4X4. I thought I had Glow Plugs or batteries going out as my truck was getting very hard to start. I took it to Chehalis Auto where they got it in just an hour later. They told me it was the starter motor and replaced it. Financed a vehicle from here and started noticing various problems the car was having, I kept a list of these issues and reached out to them, at first it started with smoking breaks so I replaced the rotors. then my throttle body gave out which cost me $300 to fix. After my throttle body issue I called to see if they would help fix it. they told me either they can pay towing and take vehicle back and I lose my downpayment or I get it there on my own and they fix it. This forced me to come out of pocket to fix it because a $500 towing bill was just not economical for me considering I just purchased the vehicle. I believe this was a way to get me to not come back around because I had stayed in contact with them about every issue it was having. The towing company that the owner Chris mentions is bs.... You would think if they sold you a lemon and it broke down hours away that maybe they would offer some sort of discount on towing AT THE LEAST. By the time we were done with lunch, we got a call our car was ready. It might be our imagination but it seems like this is the best our car has ever ran. I would not recommend this car lot. They sold me a Lemon car . My car has had issues ever since I purchased it . They are not willing to work with me at all . This is my daily driver car to get me to and from work and to pick up my family . Now I'm stuck with this car I still owe 5,000 on it for a car that is not even reliable Like WTF? This place is the epitome of used car sales, more expensive then they should be considering the cars I have got here have had major issues, an required lots work to repair, I was barely able to convince them to fix a caliper issue which was the same day I purchased it, which they refused the first time, until I got a professional to look at it an then after explaining in good detail (after paying a pro) why they should have fixed the caliper issue, and even with my direct info there mechanic gave me a hard time too, saying it's a normal car noise with this many miles. How military treats military...lol what a joke. we met a sales person that was ex-military. My husband is retired army. We all hit it off well. We got financed for a 2006 chev Silverado.....we were told by our military sales person, that if we made all our, outrageously high, payments on time that in 1 year we could refinance for a much lower payment. We did everything we were told, only to find out that no one will re-finance anything older that 10yrs. What a joke.....I do not recommend this place to anyone. Very good used car lot. We went to check out a car and waited for a sales guy to come out and give his spiel, as expected for a car lot. But we actually had to go find a sales guy! Not pushy at all and very honest. They said the AC doesn't work in the car because it needed a new compressor. They also went down in price easily. Recommended if looking for a used car! read more
