Been about 1.5 years since we have been there. They could have caused us to have a serious accident. We were lucky. 3 things caused is to quit going 1. Failed to tighten lug nuts on tires after rotating tires. They weren't even finger tight. Hubby made them come to house to tighten them. Yes a wheel could have come off if hubby didn't discover it. 2. Overfilled the oil on same truck. 3. Failed to tighten bolts on brake caliper after installing rear brakes. This failed on a trip we were on pulling a travel trailer. We had to drive over a 100 miles to fimd a place to stay and find someone to fix it. They paid for the repair. We have never been back. This could have been disastrous for us. I took my car in for an oil change. 1st they told me I was a day early. I was not. Then they changed my oil for me. Put a new sticker on my car showing next oil change wss due at a mileage less than when I brought it in. They are nice people, but they are incompetent. Buyer beware. We got there about 10 minutes before closing with a bolt stuck in our tire. As we were getting out of the car two people were headed for our car. We explained to them we were on our way home, about an hour and a half away, they took a look and immediately took the car into the shop. While we waited, they removed the tire, repaired it and returned the car to us. Maybe not anything to be excited about but they didn't charge me a penny. They stayed after hours and did the job because we were a little desperate. The folks behind the counter were super, Dion and Lakota, the technician did a great job Adrian. Just beware, these folks could try to up your quote when they already have the vehicle and you don't seem to have a choice but to let them do the work and pay the up charge. I chose to not let them work on it and they ended up honoring the original quote. After that, I did let them go ahead and do the work, but this kind of strategy won't earn my future biz. I sent a request via their website to get a quote on doing the 100K mile timing belt change on a VW Passat TDI SEL. Never heard back on almost 2 months. After a couple weeks I called and told them about the request and no response and the person asked to make an appointment so they could put a quote together. I told them the Timing Belt replacement is a "Standard Maintenance" item and they shouldn't need me to come in to quote it. I asked them to have someone call me who was familiar with Timing belt service. Absolutely no response. What a waste of my time! I brought in my 1987 diesel F250 to have, among other things, my glowplug system fixed. I was told it was ready be picked up, only to find out that that the glowplug system wasn't fixed. I discovered other complaints here on yelp and posted plain facts on fb about my issues. to find out that others in the area also won't use them anymore. They also won't answer emails sent with the intent of trying to work together to get things sorted out either. I cannot and will not recommend them to anybody who wants peace of mind when it comes to being able to count on an auto repair shop. read more

I would give 0 star but can't. they screwed up my truck big time. to start they installed the carrier bearing wrong and damaged my driveline in the process bad enough to destroy my rear end. less than 1000 miles for the damage to happen . The bill was 4800 and they covered 1900 of it to fix it. The second part was a gasket that only lasted a few thousand miles due to them over tightening bolts and using cheap parts. I recommend staying away unless you want to pay to fix their screw ups that they will deny and not fix. The owner Ike is definitely a low life scammer that will try to take you for everything. My dad's truck was in for a different issue and they installed parts wrong for the timing chain and tried to sell him a new engine after the truck started acting up. DO NOT GO to this shop ever. HUGE WOW! FACTOR I dropped my car off for an oil change and not only did they take me to work, but delivered my car back to me 2 1/2 hours sooner than promised. Oil change was completed.....PLUS complimentary yearly maintenance and reliability inspection (with ACTUAL pics of my car), the tire pressure was corrected and they let me know my battery was getting low. These folks are good, Ive never felt pressured to do anything but what I felt my car needed.. they are considerate and thorough but never pushy.. they do excellent work and stand behind it. They are not the cheapest in town but considering you don't pay for extras you don't need and have quality workmanship it's worth it.. I had been taken advantage of by the local dealers with gross upsell and misleading details not to mention horrible scheduling.. I'll take paying good money for good service any day.. if all you want is an oil change and don't care about the quality of the oil go somewhere else... these folks have pride in their workers and their craft... read more

The first oil change years ago, they were super. When second oil change time came around, not very super and tried real hard to get me to buy ridiculous add-ons. This oil change is the very last oil change they will do or ever see or touch my car. Again they tried over $1,600 of recommended add-ons, none of which were required or needed... plus, they denied overfilling my transmission fluid. Auto repair ISN'T cheap....That said, once you get what NEEDS to be repaired and stay on top of it, it's cheaper than constantly shelling-out for a new vehicle. The guys at Auto Tech Services offered a complete diagnostic on my 2005 Dodge Dakota and their findings matched mine. The service desk guys Brian and Merlin Martin are HONEST, thorough, professional, up-to-date, and considerate. I even received a personal tour through their (eat off the floor) organized repair shop BEFORE choosing them. The disgnostic features a print-out book once the work is complete showing the original findings, photos of your problems and potential things to watch for in the future. The old truck now runs like brand new.... I kid you NOT. I highly recommend these guys! ...(And NO I'm NOT paid for saying this.) Stop by and check them out. read more

My car has grinding noise that I couldn't figure out so I went ahead and brought my car here to auto tech and stated that my brake pedal is going to the floor when I use them and I'm having a grinding/rubbing noise in the front and a clunking noise going over bumps even after replacing front end suspension parts. I called them about week after dropping car for update on my car and they said there mechanic didn't hear anything I stated. But they called me back later saying that my rear calipers and pads need replaced and my oils were low and mentioned 3 of my tires were bad and was going to affect my awd vehicle and quoted me over 3k. i had auto tech put in a clutch on my 09 dodge diesel they did a horrible job and charged crazy prices. first time I hauled with it, about 30 miles in trying to shift was really hard so I turned around while I was turning around trying to get going the clutch smoked. brought the truck back and they said the master cylinder went out. they said since they didnt change it they were not going to warranty it. I paid 5k for all new clutch and they should have replaced everything for that price. I will never let them touch my vehicles again. they're over priced and do shitty work. I'm taking my truck to Billy bobs off road, they are doing the hole job for less then half of what auto tech charged me. do yourself a favor and stay away from auto tech read more

Although the front guys were awesomely nice, I asked if they had equipment (scopes, knowledgeable mechanics and such) to figure out what the issue was with horrid cold starting of my pick up. They assured me they had what it takes to correctly diagnose and fix this problem. They then showed me where my pickup could use a bunch of other fluid changes, battery and things I didn't know I needed. I did agree to these changes. It cost me $2400. That was a shocker, but I figured if it fixed the problem, then it was okay. A week later, I had the exact same cold starting problem. I had moved during that week, so when contacted this shop, they basically suggested I take it to a new place, see if the new place could diagnose and fix it, and if anything THEY did was faulty those things would be guaranteed (read: "Good luck with that.") I am sure what they did was quality, it just didn't fix the original problem. I don't know how repairs ended up costing me the same price I paid for the entire pickup. I put the receipts in the glovebox, but the pickup is now broke and not starting elsewhere. They said they would email me the receipts but I never got them. Please beware. read more

He explained what could be happening and what questions I might ask and was totally available for further consultation. I took my car here to have new tires they gave me the cost of tires and mounting and everything. I go to pick the car up and they tell me they didn't add valve stems and balancing that add almost 200$ more than I was told and if that wasn't bad enough they did a front end alignment that wasn't necessary as it as they said only off a very little but charged me for an unnecessary repair that I didn't need. Plus they tell me all these other repairs I need. If that wasn't bad enough I was stupid and took my pickup in because the front right brake was dragging and they tell me no problem they can fix it. I get a call it is ready so I'm think a couple hundred dollars I get there and they did a complete front end break job. Rotors brake pads and calipers. I was like who gave you permission for that. read more
