When I was referred to this company I was given a string of appointments covering approximately 4 weeks. Two days after my first appt appointment, I called to cancel the appointment I had for today because I was still in too much pain from my first appointment to go through the therapy again so soon. I was informed that I would be charged a cancellation fee, and that I had signed paperwork agreeing to that. I understood that cancelling a same day appointment would incur a $25 fee and accepted that financial responsibility. I explained that I was not prepared to go forward with the currently consecutive appointments they have scheduled for me because the pain was severe enough that it feels like I need to wait longer before continuing. The person then said that I would have no guarantee of when they would have any appointments available. I acknowledged and accepted that there would be uncertainty about when they would have availability. The conversation then got weird and it seemed to be a problem for the woman on the other end of the line. I finally said not to bother, I wouldn't schedule any future appointment with them at all. Where do you go when you're in pain, but not sure why ???? I can't say enough about Chehalis Physical Therapy ! I've had several interaction with their team and all I can say is "Wow." The first casee why my wife broke her ankle and needed help with rehabbing it. The team at Chehalis Physical Therapy got us in quickly and came up with a plan to literally get her back on her feet as soon as possible. During a very stressful and scary time of life they put us at ease. They are very knowledgeable and worked with our insurance to make sure we got the best care possible and didn't brake the bank. The second time I had woken up with major sciatica pain shooting down my leg, I'm embarrassed to say I went to a local chiropractor first, who charged me a crazy fee and did an "adjustment" that didn't help at all. The team at Chehalis Physical Therapy got me in quickly, diagnosed my issue (piriformis syndrome) and educated me on the best treatment, performed a treatment and taught me what to do to avoid injury in the future (they also charged me way less then the chiropractor). I can't say enough about them !! I really don't want to get hurt anytime soon :-). But I know if I do Chehalis Physical Therapy is the first place I'll call. read more

I moved to the area in the fall and had been going to a wonderful physical therapist in Federal Way but decided to try a local business. Wow, this place is run like a gym with people popping over to tell you to get on a random machine and be on there for ten minutes and then "Oh, make that another 6 minutes." These people are so secure in being the only physical therapists in the area that they can treat you however they want and know they can get away with it. You don't like it? Tough! I woke up one morning and was very sick. I called in saying I was very ill and wasn't sure what it was but I was SICK. They asked me if it was Covid but how would I know??? Then they told me not to worry about it but would put me on this list of first offenders missing appointments. I never did know when my appointments were. They were always random and I was never given a schedule or reminder card or head's up until the day before the appointment. One particular day, I received the text at 3PM and called in within five minutes to say that I would be at the airport the next day picking up my husband and couldn't be back in time. Well, guess what??? Because the appointment was at 1:30 pm they charged me a late cancelation fee!!!! No other business in my entire experience, and I've dealt with numerous, has been so unreasonable and hellbent on sticking it to you because they can. Well, not only will I never come back to this place I will tell everyone how horrible your service is. My husband and I can't wait to move back up north. The thought of raising our baby, that's on the way, here is out of the question. This is not our hometown and we can't wait to leave. read more

Erin and her staff are the best physical therapy team I have ever met. My daughter, a competitive gymnast, and myself have been to several physical therapists in multiple states and this is my second time using Chehalis Physical Therapy. Erin's level of knowledge, skill, dedication and generosity with her time exceeds even our best prior experience. What also makes this practice special is their willingness to let the patient establish a time frame of when their services needed to end. With other physical therapists it often felt like they were never going to say it was time to end treatment. Erin's assistants were also knowledgeable as well as friendly and supportive.
