She asked me if I wanted to take it instead of her And that she would pay for it for my birthday, which isn't a few days... I am also a massage therapist I love getting massages anytime possible. So I agreed. I showed up and told them that my mom had wanted me to take her appointment and she wasn't feeling well and the receptionist which was very rude. Informed me that since I was not a current client, I could not be seen today by their massage therapist And that my mother would be getting a $95 no-show fee. I explained to her that I thought this was very silly and that I have been a massage therapist and business owner for 15 years and that's a crazy policy. And was told well I'm sure that you would like your clients to cancel in enough time so that you can still get paid now our therapist will not be getting paid because your mother is a no-show. I replied with when my clients aren't feeling well and they have somebody take their spot. I am very grateful For them to take initiative and fill the spot because then I still get paid and I have someone to work on. It's not my fault that your guys policy is not letting your massage therapist get paid. I might've also said that they were assholes. Which I definitely stand by that statement. As a massage, therapist and business owner, I am absolutely appalled at such a policy that hurts clients when they think they're doing something to help out and hurts their therapists as well. Ship this place and go to The medical Massage place in Centralia. My mom had been going there for 10 years prior and we have never had a problem like this. Which she will be returning to this place as well.

I was introduced to Dr. McGraw by a friend who had been to Dr. McGraw for his back injury. He came highly recommended. The first time I went in was over a year ago. I, idiotically, moved a big cement flower pot by myself and tweaked my back bad. I went to a dr, acupuncturist, massage therapy before my friend suggested Dr. McGraw. I finally saw Dr. McGraw. He listened, took his time asking questions and diagnosing me. He adjusted my back twice and I was back to new within two weeks. This was after suffering, apparently needlessly, for a month. Why I didnt just go to a chiropractor is beyond me. Lesson learned. So fast forward to this weekend, somehow I tweaked my back and I was having a lot of pain. I didnt wait this time, and called at 0630 this morning to ask for an appt. I got a voice mail but received a call back 10 minutes later getting me in the SAME day. Talk about AMAZING service!!! WOW! It is hard to find any company that offers that type of service. I went in, and again, after just a few adjustments, my back is already feeling better. Dr. McGraw is a very kind, approachable, professional yet friendly Dr. I love talking to him and listening to his advise about back issues. He is so informative and wise in the area of chiropractic care. The staff at the clinic are so nice. Especially Tawni. They know you by name, are quick, professional, efficient and friendly. They always make you feel very welcome and valued as customers. Billing is never an issue and they handle all of your claims appropriately. Their clinic is a newer professional building. Napavine is, indeed, very lucky to have this amazing dr and his staff in Napavine. I was in a massage room and opted for the 30 minute foot massage. She said she was going to massage my back, but I told her I was not interested in my back being massage. I told her my head face and arms and hands. The lady stated that she would do that. The massage is really good. She started on my face and moved to my head and then each arm and hand after that she moved to my foot massage which also included my calves. The difference from other reflexology places that I've been to was that there was no bucket of water that she put my feet into. I'm not exactly sure how I feel about that. It doesn't really matter one way or the other actually. It was a good massage. She did a great job.
