And I only agreed to the crate being used because you said she'd be out of it twice an hour. 2. The water bowl had to have been spilled much earlier than when she "saw me and excitedly knocked it over." The bed, and her were soaked, to a degree that she had to have been kept in a soaked cage for hours. 3. When I came to get her, there was no one around to release her. So I did your job and collected my now filthy animal. 4. The kennel and office are in disgusting condition. You really should stop lying online and get to cleaning. Unfortunately, it put a huge damper in the day as the reason I needed boarding was because I made an appointment several months ago and needed to go to it and know my dogs were in a safe place. It ended up being an incredibly stressful day, which would not have happened if the owner had been professional and been there to greet me at the time we determined. I also was unaware on coming that it was a very small place, and the dogs look scared and uncomfortable. It made me really sad, I definitely recommend going somewhere else where you will be treated with respect, and acknowledgment, and where your dogs will be too.

After Olivers first visit to Two Tails, where he didn't want to get out of the car, until today when I barely open the latch and he runs right to Anthony and doesn't look back! Makes leaving him easier, knowing he is comfortable and safe. Each time I pick Oliver up, whether it's from a two day or seven day boarding, he comes home after being well cared for and needs a couple of days of napping from all the fun he has with his friends. Two Tails is clean and well cared for and Olive has never contracted anything while in their care. Anthony is extremely dependable and trustworthy and follows vet instructions on all of Olivers medications during his stays. Please be aware the dog was a larger size Yorke looking dog we tried to get her name but the baby had no collar and the lady would give it to us. It sounded like she was stuck and we know she was cold! clearly cold with temperature 40 degrees and falling. Please be aware the dog came right up to my friend. The lady gave excuses like she needed to go to the bathroom but when I arrived nobody was monitoring her and she was freezing! If you think this was your dog I would be happy to confirm. Just FYI it also appears the kennel has no heat.
