The person at the front desk was mentioning how the lash tech had two kids and needed my tip because that is how they get paid. Now my question is why is your employee ONLY benefitting from my tips ? Are you not paying your employees enough that they NEED the tip ? I also asked the front desk if tipping was recommended or mandatory and she kept avoiding the question, not to mention that there is a sign in the front that indicates that tip is recommended. Last but not least, the manager/ person in the front requested for me to not come back if I have no tip. All in all, they are a very good place, but as a business you should never have a back and forth with your customers, let alone put your employees personal business out there and OBLIGATE someone to tip.
