Photo Finish Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning is the exception. They are phenomenal! In college, I cleaned carpets - during the summer - using a truck-mounted steam cleaner. I know what good equipment and service looks like. Portable units are trash, and don't come close to the superior suction of a truck-mounted unit, nor can they generate the heat (approx. 180 degrees Fahrenheit) that is needed to properly steam clean carpets. Steve Brown, owner, demonstrated flexibility by scheduling a same day carpet cleaning appointment for me. He was punctual and did an outstanding job on my berber carpeted stairs. The ability to suction up the excess water, so that you're not left with over-saturated carpet and padding is an art that takes time and experience. Mr. Brown rose to the occasion. This was my first experience with the Company, and the beginning of a long-term customer relationship. I enthusiastically recommend Photo Finish Janitorial. Which I have since replaced again for the 2nd time out of pocket. Your exact words "I m not paying for something I can do myself". That's fine but I will use the guy that did my floors I don't want you or your team touching anything else in my home. This has been the worst experience with a contractor this far. It's not about the money at this point it's the principle of poor customer service. Mind you this $400 worth of damages. Which again I have re-paid/replaced. The damages your team caused ment more time and money to replace. Your disgusting argumentative nature and tone is noted in your post. I only asked because in the Groupon someone said it was reasonable. But, I'm sure a regular carpet cleaning with a professional equipment would suffice in comparison to the little one I have. We were most concerned with the pet urine stains that were all over the house. We chose Fiber Pro because it is a small family business. The owner, Floyd, does the cleaning and his wife, Melody, is the customer service rep. From the first call, they were professional, thorough, and friendly. She took time to ask questions about our house and needs. When we were scheduled to clean our house, it just happened to be the week of the cold front (20 degrees in Houston)! Melody called back to reschedule because the hot water hoses would not work properly in cold weather. She said they did not want to do a job if it could not be done correctly. We rescheduled for today and Floyd was here 15 min before schedule. He took his time - it took 4 hours for 4 rooms - and did an excellent job. He vacuums first (some places skip this step), then sprayed and used steaming hot water to clean. He grooms the carpet as well and it now looks like new again. We were going to replace the carpets due to the stains, but now it is so nice that we could go several years before replacing. I would highly recommend them. Prices are a bit more than the larger companies, but you get what you pay for and it is a great, personal job. He even did the hallways. We will use them again.

He arrived at 218pm and called me. I was running late and let him know that I would be late but he told me there would be a $50 late charge fee even though I clearly could have chosen a later time.
