I appreciate the service this company provided. They didn't play any games or use scare tactics when cleaning my vent ducts. They quoted me $40 per vent to clean and that's what they charge me. Other companies try to lure you in with a low upfront cost and then scare you by telling you you have mold and it's going to be a lot more. The service technician cleaned everything and explained to me that the black color was not mold it was just the color of the material used. I just moved into my house and saw that I needed the carpet to be cleaned. Out of all of the carpet companies that I contacted, RezCLEAN was the only one that could come on short notice. Andrew was very accommodating. His guys showed up to the house before I did, which I love when people are early! They did an excellent job on the carpet in the house. The guys told me what they were doing, how long the process will take, and how long it would take the carpet to dry. The whole process only took an hour long. I thought it would take longer. Seriously, if you are looking for a company that has integrity, does excellent work and is quick to respond to questions, requests for quotes and scheduling look no further! I sent bid requests without specific dates to several carpet and tile cleaning professionals through Yelp. One company didn't even bother to respond, one replied with "we can't meet your date requirements" (I didn't even give dates). Andrew contacted me immediately and was willing to come out the very next day (I wasn't ready since I had guests lol). He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone and all of this within 30 minutes of requests for pricing! Cost was more than reasonable and when I asked about other services (for my hardwood floors) they were honest and didn't try to upsell me anything. I have been burned before by contractors with 4-5 star reviews on Yelp so I suspect some companies must be getting their friends and families to post fake reviews. Not so with RezCLEAN! Fast forward to today and RezClean showed up as promised, cleaned 2 bedroom carpets, one 8x10 area rug as well as my entire kitchen and master bath travertine tile all within an hour. Andrew should be very proud of his company, I've worked in a professional capacity with subcontractors for nearly three decades as a project manager and project controller and this is one of those companies that would be at the top of my list as a "go to". Now as a residential client, I won't give my business to anyone other than RezCLEAN. I even hounded him with questions before and after his tech showed up and I was never left hanging, he answered every question and quickly! Out of 5 companies Andrew of RezCLEAN was the only company that responded with a quote as Yelp said they would. One was booked for a whole week, another wanted phone consultation and the other 2 didn't respond. Andrew responded promptly during this craziness of busted pipes. He knew the sq footage and damage. I felt that he gave a fair price and he was able to put on schedule for 2 days later. Kim the technician was professional and was quite pleased that during our interaction he was always correctly masked. He was thorough and explained exactly what he would do.
