Could not be happier with the results and professionalism of this crew. I was in a crunch, I had ordered shirts for our employees from someone else but he never came through. Chendo had to redo the artwork and got the shirts done in less than 2 weeks. I was surprised to get the call that they were done, when I went over to pick them up (with my little granddaughter) Vicky was so friendly and even gave Lily her pick of Kiki's homemade bows. Looks like they do a lot of work for the schools, they were well stocked with uniform shirts. As a business owner I know the power of positive reviews and the appreciation that goes with it. Chendo definitely knows his craft! I've used him numerous times for screen printed T-shirts and some embroidered collared shirts. Every single shirt came out great! They also last which is a huge factor. Being that my shirts are for work, they all get machine washed every week and still look 100%. His prices in my opinion are overpriced for the pre-made stuff and he is slow in turn around time.

I needed to drop off garments to get embroidered, I called before I headed to the shop, no one answered & the answering machine didn't list the hours of operations, so I went anyways as it was a Monday. It was closed, no sign, nothing. I tried the following day, same thing, closed (I understand it was Veteran's Day but a message should've been left)!!! After leaving the shop I was frustrated and left a voicemail on the answering machine asking that a call be returned with the hours of operations. Overall the hours are inconvenient, I believe it's M-F 10-5, (how does one stay in business??) the turn around time is long, and I feel the merchandise they have on stock is overpriced for the quality. read more
